I have a Class motor home, I made an appointment, we did a test drive, put it on the rack and discovered I needed some ball joints replaced. No Charge for this first visit. I had the ball joints replaced and made an appointment, they put in on the rack did a great job on the alignment it drives like new. The thing that really impressed me was the service and personal attention. As I was setting there waiting for the work to be completed other customers came in that need alignments and to pick up there vehicle not one person was dissatisfied and the techs went out of there way to make sure everything you requested was completed. I own a 2022 Ram 3500 limited. 4x4. My truck was at Towbin Dodge multiple tines for multiple warranty issues. 1 being the alignment. My steering wheel was off center from the day I took delivery of the truck. The first 2 documented visits to Towbin Dodge service dept they advised there was nothing wrong with the alignment or any steering and suspension components. My 3rd visit to Towbin Dodge they finally recognized the truck needed an alignment, however it was now out of alignment warranty! They advised it will be 189.00 to do the alignment. I filed a complaint with Corporate Ram. They denied warranty repair as well. The truck has 11,230 mikes on it. Towbin Dodge advise i take my truck to an outside alignment vendor because they were not confident they could straighten it up. So i did. I took my truck to A-Arrow Alignment. As soon as tge started inspecting the frt end tge technician found the passenger side drag link nut to the knuckle was loose. This potentially could have turned into a serious failure and accident if this link would have let go. Arrow fixed it, and dialed in the alignment. My truck has never steered or handled so good. Word if advice. Stay clear of Towbin Dodge for anything. Service or sales. They are INCOMPETENT! My experience at Arrow Alignment was stellar from setting my appointment to paying for the service. Took 3 cars here for alignment. Staff is friendly, honest and quick. The first car barely needed any work done. It just needed a small toe fix on one wheel. They could've not told me and charged for a full alignment or even one wheel alignment. Instead they just charged $50 for a check up fee. I appreciate that. Second and third needed more work, prices were reasonable. Definitely coming back here in the future if I ever need alignment done. read more

I had an issue that was done last year at Arrow not because of the company but because of an employee that did not follow what the company stood for.
