They worked with me relentlessly to make sure my car was perfect for me and got all my aftermarket parts to work perfectly! This place does a good job, but there expensive. They also don't really understand the true meaning of customer service. I waited from 10am, which was my appointment time, until 4pm for them to replace a few simple steering parts and an alignment. My truck sat for 3 hours before it was aligned. what good is an appointment. They over book their appointments, and then shuffle vehicles around to meet their schedule, no regard for your schedule. It started off good and treated correctly and shown what needed to be fixed. That's when it all changed. After waiting 5 days for them to call me about finding parts for my car I called and of course they basically forgot. I told them I had found the parts so didn't know what the delay was. They recalled the auto parts place and they were still looking for one of the parts. He called me back and said.he would recall me the next morning. That was again 5 days ago. I guess they have enough business because they won't get mine again. I found somewhere else to go. read more

This company was referred to me by a good friend. Since the referral I've brought my 2010 4 Runner which was pulling hard to the right after some crazy off-roading. They got her straightened out at a very reasonable price. After my first experience I decided to bring my 72 C10 which was pulling a bit to the left. Donald got me a appointment for only 2 days after my call. Got me right in at 1pm and had Buddy look her over. They got her all straightened out and back on the road. I can't say enough about these guys. *great price *great service *nice, clean and accessible location. read more

Had to install new parts on my car which required me to get an alignment. I have been here a few times already with a few different cars and honestly, since finding out about them, I wouldn't go anywhere else. From the professionalism of Ronda at the front desk to the knowledgeable techs (like Kelly) that worked on my car... Sure, the price isn't cheap (but it's also not horrendous), but I have the peace of mind knowing my car is getting the best for the money. Since I've heard about this place and have been taking my car to this shop, it is hands down the best alignment shop in town. Also, advisor Sean is a very hospitable guy with an outstanding personality! All in all, great company with even better people! See you guys next time! read more

Arrow Alignment does excellent work. My Mercedes mechanic, Paladin Automotive, recommended them. They do all four wheels, show you your alignment and explain how they can help. They are quite reasonable and great value. When you find an automotive shop who specializes in alignment and suspension specifically, you have found a winner. I would recommend Arrow if you want an alignment done correctly. Thank you Sean, Buddy is the Best and Ally !!! read more

Brought the E-300 in for an alignment after installing new tires. Researched a bit before coming here, of course, as usual. No regrets and yes Yelp guided me right. These guys are great, they are friendly, and to me they know what they are doing. At the end of the day, my alignment was pretty much on point when they checked it, they mentioned they had to make a small adjustment, however that did not warrant them charging me for a full alignment and they only charged me for the check. Wow, I gotta tell you, the stealership wanted $450 for what they did, and my price was in the sub $100. Plus the the Merc stealership was nowhere as friendly and helpful as these guys are. So yes, make an appt and go here. Even though no adjustments had to be made on my car (full alignment, just baby adjustment) I can tell these guys are pros. I will bring all my cars here in the future. read more

Very friendly and great job. I would highly recommend them for any alignment needs. Start my car overnight and very easy to make.

Rhonda and the team at Arrow were great to work with. Prompt, great service. would definitely use them again!

I've brought two cars here so far and never disappointed with their service and pricing. My dealership usually charges me about 250 for an alignment but at arrow, it was about 120 for an alignment. I ran over a curb one time and was worried so I brought in my car recently, and the tech was honest and said he ran diagnostics and I didn't need an alignment so they only charged me 60 bucks. Definitely will be coming back for all my alignment needs! read more

My ten-year-old travel trailer was wearing the tread off on the insides of the rear tires. I called the RV service department and the service advisor I talked to said they don't do alignments. All they can do is replace the axles at about $1300 each. He referred me to A Arrow and said they were the only shop in town that aligned axles. They're booked up three weeks out but it was worth the wait. They have sophisticated equipment and tools to check the toe in and camber and bend the axles back within factory specs. They got both axles done in an hour and a half for $400. It was tough finding a place to park my rig with 50 ft of truck and trailer, but their neighbor didn't complain when I blocked part of their bay door with the end of my trailer until they could get started on it. I'll definitely go back if I need another alignment or parts replaced. read more

You can probably get an alignment done for less, but If you want it done right these are the guys! Most places will make sure the steering wheel is straight and send you on your way with an alignment that's "within spec". These guys take their time and do the job right. When I pay ridiculous prices for new tires, I want to get every mile out of them and a good alignment is the key! Thanks! read more
