Carlos agreed it shouldn't look like that and maybe a bad batch of caulking was used and promised repeatedly by text, over and over again that he would come out to resolve the issue and recaalk if necessary. It took months of me following up and missed appointments for his installer to finally show. After his installer inspected the window they said the mildew was from plants but a white mulling strip where the two windows meet would make the window look better. Carlos said they would be back a week later once the metal strip came in. I texted him repeatedly for months asking when we could wrap it up and he makes excuse after excuse about his installer. It has been seven months that I've been trying to get this resolved.
