Some food on empty tables a noisy table of two along with a straw or two on the ground. I stepped up and boldly stated "one regular poutine please". He quickly tried the chicken up sale, to which I politely said "no chicken". He would give me the crook eye and say "alright" as he disappeared into the back I heard "10 min " A perfectly acceptable wait time for a good poutine. "What make a great poutine? You ask. The perfect gravy is essential chicken, beef, or mushroom gravy is acceptable. A cheese "curd" so soft and ready to melt it's pre sweating with anticipation. Gravy must be hot enough to melt all the curds before the box it's served in is opened for inspection. So what kind of poutine did I get? A grade A grand slam baby. It was almost perfect less a couple fries that could have been turfed instead of smothered in gravy but heh, not expecting perfection. Food was great can't wait to try something a little more risky next time. Check em out but don't forget your shoes.

The spice was just hot sauce coating the chicken. It was tasty but I didn't care for hot sauce on my chicken. Too sour. I didn't see any price for just fried chicken. The menu only showed combo prices. So I didn't get to try the fried chicken. There is a seniors Tuesday special of 2 pieces chicken with small fries for $5.75. That's a good deal. Come here only if you're in the area. Not worth the trip out for the chicken burger. Maybe the fried chicken will change my mind if I get to try it in future. Parking is available in the plaza.

When preparing my burrito the staff acknowledged that I'd ordered the vegan crumble and promptly offered me the Vegan Mozzarella to go alongside it, which I happily took. The seasonings on the fillings and the array of fresh ingredients are always on point for any location I've been to, and in this case, it was no different. Delicious, flavourful, crisp, and well seasoned, with a light yet tangy list of sauces to choose from that are perfectly paired to top it off. The only issue we had was when we ordered the churros to try them out (1 for each of us) and were told it would be 5 minutes and they would bring them to our table, and after 10 or so minutes of waiting we had yet to receive them. Even at the time of this posting, still, 15 mins in, with no churro. The pace of customers has slowed greatly and they're cleaning which is good to see but we're still disappointed we paid and are left waiting. Otherwise, the staff was very pleasant, accommodating, and on the ball, overall. The location is clean, well-lit and inviting. Definitely recommend and will come back again~ :) Update: Staff who took our order came over to let us know that the churros were accidentally burned and that they are re-firing fresh ones just for us.
