The poutine has a very good gravy now normally people slap any kind of gravy on and call it a day and for me a sub standard gravy will absolutely ruin the french fries. Luckily, the person working, there was super nice, and when I asked him his personal opinion on it, he ran back, grabbed a few french fries and a little bit of gravy to give us a try super cool Also, they got really good beer, selection, and sours and other fun things like that. This is one of the few places that I've had such unique over the top original kind of drinks. I really mean just I can't even describe to you until you look at their list there's just stuff you could never imagine. I will say this is something that we have written down before to try to find when we traveled back up north. Always laid-back always clean always easy parking. They don't do that in Redmond, not sure if they still do so in Bend... I think we've given Redmond 3 chances but staff are pretty indifferent, and the food doesn't wow us anymore. The brats and bangers are still good, but we feel it's not totally worth the prices anymore. Last time we were in Redmond location the women's restroom was out of tp.
