Firstly, the burger, while perfectly fine and competitive with its many rivals, was nothing special. The fries were generic, though plentiful. In short, Harvey's no longer stands out from the many alternatives and to add insult to injury (and no fault of the restaurant), the clientele didn't add to the experience.
