Two days before they should've been ready we were notified that the order had never been put in and that worker was fired. This place has been in business quite awhile. Owner really knows his stuff. Only does quality work, price is fair for the quality you get. Large selection of shirts, hats and other stuff and he will order what ever he doesn't have there. Turn around time isn't too bad either. I brought in my nursing uniforms to have the hospital logo embroidered and he had them done in two days. Also had custom beach towels done for a friends wedding/honey moon gift. Owner was helpful in designing them and picking the colors ! Turned out AWSOME. Better than I imagined. I would recommend this place over others I have used it the area for sure!!! read more

I recently had 31 jackets embroidered by Wayne at A&W. I will say that I have used other embroidery shops in the past, with decent results. When I picked up the jackets, I was extremely impressed with the quality of the embroidery. The embroidery of the design that we had done had some small writing in it. Very nice guy! I went to a few different print shops in town. None of them ether knew what I was asking for or had what I wanted. He knew right away! The minute I said gold or silver print he ran in to the back and brought out two great options of vinyls. Perfect for my Vegas themed shirts. All the other places wanted to give me a yellow print they called gold or a silver that looked more like pewter. This guy's a life saver!! Had some hats done (25) and he did them within a week. high quality threading and good kind business. Went to LA to shop around for prices ( 25 hats here cost me $250) and somewhere else told me "Wow... thats a really good price. We would charge $400". Wayne, the owner, is great and professional. They do excellent work and have done both embroidery and also screen printing for shirts for me. I would say don't expect things to be completed in a rush because it usually takes longer to have things done than what they initially may tell you. There have been numerous occasions when I have called, left messages, and have not received a call back. I have also stopped by twice during posted business hours and the doors are locked. This is why they don't get 5 stars from me. With that said, I will continue to use A&W for my needs. read more

***RUN AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS*** Absolutely the worst customer service. DO not go here. The old lady is wretched. I went there to order shirts with our company logo. The old man, Wayne, said 1 week and we will get a template made and ask for your approval. Yes, it was over a week, just shy of 2 when a lady called and said it was ready. went to review it the next day, doors were closed, nobody around and I was like, well maybe they had a family emergency. But no. Finally someone answered the phone at 2pm in the afternoon on Friday, posted hours of operation are M-F 8:30a-5p, and she said I could come back to review it now and offered no explanation for why the doors were shut when I went at 10:30am! I said, wait a minute, I am sorry but why did you not address the fact that I went down there, at $4.47/gallon a gas, and wasted time to boot? She said well, we are a small business, we have deliveries, we don't have a 100 employees and I really don't care what you think either, then hung up on me. WTF? Last time I checked, I was the customer? Needless to say, I flew, FLEW, down there, and she still wanted to hand me lie after excuse, I said, Ma'am I am not dealing with you, get me someone else. Wayne came out, also did not address the situation, and went straight into the embroidery, I said Wayne, I am not going to do business with a company that doesn't respect it's clients. I will not be utilizing your company now or in the future, and I want a refund because you did not perform any work or provide any service for me. He said NO. I said I will dispute it with my bank. Thank you and have a nice day...Boy I wish I would have researched this company before going out there. What a RIPOFF! BTW, BofA gave me my money back already, so stick it to someone else A&W! We have used some companies in the past to embroider stuff for our business and always got the run around or excuses. A & W was fast, affordable and professional. Wayne did a amazing job embroidering some hats for our company and our guys love them. Very clean work with a affordable price. I DO NOT recommend this company too anyone! I left some hats with this company to be embroidered about 2.5 weeks ago, I was told at most it would be 7 days. Still have not received the hats. Customer service is extremely poor! Spoke with the owners wife, she was very rude on the phone! It seems as if they come and go, they are never in there shop and very difficult to get ahold of them. Soooo customers service is great. Wayne was very detailed about the work that he does, however trying to contact him was a huge challenge. First it took a long time for me to even get into the store because no one was ever there. I tried calling, emailing and never any response. I finally showed up one more time to test my luck and hoping someone would be there and they were. My husband and I went into the shop to speak with Wayne in regards to getting some shirts printed for our business and Wayne broke everything down to us from beginning to end. However trying to get in touch with him to simply get started was very bad. No phone call, text or even email back in regards to getting the job we needed complete. I really wish I could have used there service because of all the good reviews but it's hard when you would like to get things accomplished and the communication lacks. I should probably preface this review by saying that the quality of their work is actually above average...but their customer service leaves something to be desired. I had taken a job shirt/sweater in to A&W to get my name and job title embroidered given the exorbitant prices charged by most uniform shops. When I dropped my sweater off, the owner was very pleasant and seemed helpful. I should have taken it as a sign when I was charged up front. I was originally told it would take about a week and I'd receive a call when they were done. It wound up being a day shy of two weeks, but whatever. When I went to pick up the sweater, I noticed they had embroidered my name and title on the wrong side of the chest. I was told that clearly I had made the mistake and specified the wrong side....then I was told that I did not specify and they put it on the left side by default. I was then told that the only way they would remove it would be if I paid $20 (twice the original price) and waited an additional two weeks. They also refused to give me a refund on the original insisting I was at fault. All in all, it only cost me $12 to make a sweater completely useless...good job A&W.
