The burger menu at A&W is diversified, many having a name of a family, for example the Mama burger, the Papa, the Grandpa and the Teen. They do have other names though for specialty burgers, such as the Mozza burger and Buddy burger. A&W Canada has also been known for a number of years now (since 2013, to be precise) for offering Canadian customers grass fed beef, raised without hormones and / or steroids. This allows the beef to be natural and better quality, and better for the environment as well. Other than that, A&W sells bottled A&W root beer, so you can enjoy the famous delicious drink at home or on the go. Visiting different locations for eating or take out, you can expect great and fast service and foods.

The women's bathroom was clean but the soap dispenser was disgusting. Tim Hortons at least places a mat on their tables and when the patron leaves they flip that mat to say needs sanitation. Pretty simple to me. More wiping on all services areas especially where people are coming in and out and the transaction machine. Pet Smart is really smart about they're pads. Disappointed by far.

They all just seem to enjoy their jobs and really give wonderful customer service. They are super courteous, and friendly. (But not creepy friendly... if you know what I mean!) They are smiling and helpful and quick to get your food for you. The restaurant is always neat and tidy. Lots of seating to eat in and the drive through is quick if you decide to go that way. All in all, I really enjoy going to this restaurant when I have the urge for a burger. I know I will be served quickly and efficiently. And I know there will be a smile behind the counter also!
