My tech was very precise and detail oriented when prepping my nails and doing the french tip. However, I was a bit confused when she asked whether I had a normal gel manicure already on or a UV gel manicure which I had previously been under the impression were the same. She also used the drill to remove my previous manicure and no acetone, which I feel usually damages the nail more. Under natural light, the pink of the french was too pink for my personal liking (not visible inside the nail spa), but otherwise, the blue tip is perfect. I would definitely come back!

A friend of mine recommended Sky Nails to me and I figured I'd give it a try. I am so glad I did! I have been going to Sky Nails for a couple of years now and don't plan to try anyone else. All of the ladies are super nice & they all do a great job. When I first started going to Sky Nail, I ended up with whoever was available at the time (when walk/ins were accepted) because I didn't make appts at first. I never had a complaint on any of the women or the work. After some time, I decided to try dip powder and got Tracy. She has been my nail tech ever since. So now, I only go to Tracy to do my nails (pedicure/dip powder.. Recently did acrylic for a change) and she is great. She knows exactly how I like my nails and I book my appts directly with her. I don't have to wait forever and she always does an amazing job. The salon is clean, prices are reasonable, you will not be disappointed. Lori, the owner is the best. *Since reopening due to Covid; it is by Appt. ONLY. They sit clients at every other table, have partitions between the pedicure chairs and they will take your temperature upon arrival.

The last place (I was a regular at two years ago and USED to love) that I went to, not only literally hurt my fingers at my last visit, but they hurt my wallet as well! Sam did a great job on my nails, and even suggested (I asked) a very pretty color that goes with everything (a buff shade). I love it! He was thorough, didn't hurt me at all, and was pleasant to talk to (the TV with the news was on too) and I'm thrilled with how my nails look! My fill and gel color was only $29 and change. I felt SO badly that you couldn't tip on the card (I almost never had cash on me). Tiffany also introduced herself to me, and even offered me a cup of water. We briefly chatted about our children :) Beautique is only six minutes from my house! [BTW - I called them at 5:45 pm inquiring for a fill, and they took me (close at 7 p.m.) to come in! ] They have a new customer :)

What made my choose to Come here was the review from Jacqueline W. I enjoyed reading her review and especially the picture that she added for the gel French manicure . I arrived today 8/29/15 where Amy the owner did my nails . As you can notice in the picture I posted, she did a fantastic job . Secondly , I wore shoes this week that gave me blisters on both of my feet . I decided to try a spa pedicure because my feet were in so much pain . Although the spa pedi is very pricy it was 100% worth it . My feet felt like they had gone to heaven and are very thankful to Oasis and the sweet lady that pampered my toes . I can only assume that the nail techs were ready to go and that's why they were rushing. They did my feet and nails at the same time. This process was completely over stimulating and in no way relaxing. When I walked in I had a specific vision for what I wanted for my pedicure and manicure. I showed the pictures on my phone and the nail tech told me she could only do two colors and she was unable to do the three colors which the image I wanted had. I said okay and picked my two colors. The person doing my feet had a specific name for what I wanted and she told the person doing my nails. When My feet were done u assumed we would transition to do the design I asked for . None of that was done. My toes were one color. I asked what happen to the two colors I asked for and everyone looked crazy. The person doing my nails said she could no longer do the style and suggested an alternate design that I was going to be charged for. I was totally disappointed but what made this trip to this salon more upsetting is I got my nails done for a dream trip I was taking 3 days later. My nail appointment was on a Wednesday evening. We flew out Saturday morning by the time we boarded the airplane I had completely lost one full nail. Not chipped completely gone! By Sunday I had four nails lifting. I opted to remove the nails so this would not frustrate me during my trip. This whole salon experience was a waste of time and money. I won't be able to go back.

They…read moreintroduced me to the dip acrylic which I had never seen any other salon do before and I instantly fell in love! I usually like to stick with a classic French look given my job so they suggested a french ombré style nail they can do with the dip which turned out incredible. I've been getting it ever since! The dip is much lighter on my nails (they don't have that "can't breathe" feeling) and actually thinner than usual acrylic yet somehow they've lasted me up to a month on a few occasions when I wasn't able to go sooner. Plus it has the added benefit of allowing my natural nails to grow and when they take off the dip acrylic they don't break or feel paper thin. My lady always takes her time, making sure everything's perfect, and does an incredible job on a consistent basis. They are so sweet, always welcoming, and provide me with cute ideas that they think I'll like which I appreciate. I recently got a light glitter over the ombré nails which they suggested and I couldn't be happier. I honestly have no complaints. If you're looking for high frills like they have in the city then go to the city - but if you're looking for high quality nails, artistry and kindness at a local spot then this place is perfection.
