I emailed Chelmsford Fireplace to ask which models of Valor, Jotul, and Rais they had on the showroom floor. I had a clearly written returned email in ten minutes. I went up to Chelmsford and purchased a Valor stove within 15 minutes of arrival on a Saturday, and it was installed the following Friday. I knew this was a quality place as i entered the store. The store was crowded with customers, it was clean and organized, and the staff were attentive and knowledgeable. This is completely the opposite situation that I have found at other stores. If you want to speak to someone who knows their business and products, take that 30 minute ride up from Boston. I promise, it will be worth it. Since I am located in Somerville I am out of their installation area. No problem, they have The Fireplace Guys LLC out of Malden do their Boston installations. The installation was executed perfectly and complete in four hours. A fantastic overall experience.
