However, shortly afterward, my porch showed damage, and my house started shaking and trembling. I contacted Joel simply to ask his opinion and obtain his insurance information to clarify the cause of these issues objectively. Instead of answering professionally, Joel left me an extremely rude voicemail, accused me of threatening legal action--which I never did--and refused to provide basic insurance details. His defensive, hostile reaction was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Due to this, I can't recommend his services.

He spent 5 minutes spraying and then spent the rest of the visit complaining about how rude my neighbor was to him. So third visit, they showed up UNANNOUNCED without speaking to me about a scheduled time or date and then billed me for $101 to spray for ants that I don't even have, because I was not home? I would NOT recommend this company. The local customer service rep i spoke to was not polite or helpful at all. I will not pay for this service until someone comes back to my home to do what I'm paying for in the first place. Go to a local place that doesn't rope you into a year contract or try to charge for poor service. Fast forward 6 months later. Still having the original issue we started with. Tech came back for an in-between spray because we have not seen much of a difference after 6 MONTHS!!! Again showed up 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time frame. Hawx has been providing pest control services for my property for more than two years. I have been home a couple of times they have done service, and the technician has always been polite and professional. I have dogs, and make sure to keep them in the house when the tech visits. Hawx located points of entry the mice were getting into and sealed those off. Within a week the activity had been entirely gone! They even made sure I would be paying less than what I was with Bulwark for outdoor treatment. I am now using them for mosquitoes, fleas and ticks for the summer. Each staff member has been very thorough and communicative when they arrive to provide treatments. The only issue I ran into with them was inquiring if rodent activity could be removed from the home. The person on the phone confirmed that could be done, but upon arrival the staff member said they do not provide those services. Hawx has still been significantly better than Bulwark and I will continue to use their services to keep my home pest free!

Didn't offer to schedule me into the future or anything. This guy has too much business (apparently) to handle any new business. You are better off looking elsewhere.
