I would strongly recommend against using Franks Tree Service…read more Franks recently cut down a number of large trees in my next door neighbor's yard. The only way into the neighbors yard is across my yard. While they had requested to use my yard via the neighbor, they never contacted me to discuss logistics or timing. As you might expect, I was very surprised to arrive home one morning to find that they had driven several large trucks through my back yard, less than a week after a flood of the driiftwood river had that portion of my yard under 4 feet of water. They left me two very nice 6 to 12 inch deep ruts across the full width of my yard. Surveying the damage, I asked to speak to the owner, and when he arrived, he didn't apologize and appeared to place the responsibility for correcting the situation on my neighbor. Now more than a month and two calls to the owner of Franks later....nothing has been done. I understand that mistakes can be made....but not owning up to their responsibility for correcting their mistake is intolerable. Please choose more responsible providers than Franks.

Called and calmly and politely expressed what had happened, even going as far as to offer them another chance at our business. No response. I guess if you're wrong, stay wrong. A horrific business model but I suppose they think business is good enough and it's not cost efficient to take the time to own up and apologize for mistakes. Absolutely terrible customer service, I acknowledge it may have been a one-off but it was enough to lose my business forever as well as tell this tale until the day I die to warn others against using such a disrespectful company. We have used Tie several times, they even came immediately in an ice storm a few years ago to cut our tree that fell on our neighbors garage. We were out of town and were grateful they could calm our nervous neighbors fears. Jesse and his crew are great to work with!
