I was told that would work fine and they would be here then. Friday came and at 130 pm I had still not seen or heard from them. They returned my call and I was told they needed to finish a job in Fishers the next morning and could stop by Saturday on the way home to do the job. So we waited on Saturday and they pulled the our driveway only to get out and say they have "another job" in Fishers and it "doesn't pay" to drive their truck back down and then back to Fishers and asked if they could do it on Monday. I had a large maple tree in the yard that was taller than my two story home. The trunk grew…read morenormally for about the first four feet and then split into five different trunks. One continued straight up the others at varying angles in different directions. The largest one was putting a great deal of stress on the trunk and I was concerned that it was going to split the trunk so I called Brown's tree service for an estimate. Fairly quickly I got a response and a visit by their estimator. Their estimated was friendly and professional left me the estimate without any pressure . I called back after pondering it for a couple of days and asked to be scheduled. At this time they were out two weeks for scheduling however I was not in a hurry. Much to my surprise the following Monday they called and said that they had an opening . I was quite happy said come on out The crew that arrived with very professional grade looking equipment bucket truck chipper of The Works were friendly and professional. After discussing with the main cutter person he recommended I take the whole tree . I wanted to keep the main trunk and he understood and went about his work. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning everything up. The several pieces of the limbs were too large for the chipper and so they had to leave those but said they would pick them up that evening or the next afternoon. I went ahead and trusted them and the next afternoon I looked out and everything was gone and cleaned up. I strongly recommend Brown's tree service.
