Mint…read moreProperties's pricing was reasonable, easy to understand and I trusted Miguel almost immediately. Mint listened to what I wanted and provided a design that met all of our needs. He kept windows where I asked him to, and made design changes later in the project than most contractors would like. I was out of state at the time, and he was texting me pictures of tile combinations from the tile store. Who does that?? When we inevitably ran into problems (i.e. knob & tube), Miguel was honest about the issue, and the cost. He helped me cut in other places so we would stay within budget. Miguel is a professional with professional subcontractors that work primarily for him. This is incredibly important when it comes to scheduling. Those contractors had an incentive to pick his project over others, allowing Miguel to move quickly. We will use Miguel again and again for any GC, remodel or build work we need.

I guess my experience with this business is not as favorable as others have had…read more I had requested that my fence line be repaired as four of the 4x4s had been broken off below the ground level. I was expecting they would dig those broken parts out and replace it with new 4x4s and cement them in place. What they did was dig new holes and place new 4x4s near to wear the old ones were. They were supposed to repair one of my two fence gates that had been effected. They fixed one side and even took one of the gate's hardware down and never put it back up. So I am not satisfied, and I gave them the opportunity to make it right and the father of the guy who gave me the estimate came out and told me they would make it right. That over a month ago. I texted them to ask if this was ever going to happen and the response was they were very busy and would get to it. But they haven't. And at this point, I really don't want them back. I am going to have to pay someone else to properly fix my fence. So would I recommend them to another homeowner who had fence work that needed repairing? No. They might be great at some other task, but fixing fences, a least in my particular situation, is not what they are good at.

Even though I haven't had the work done yet, I was really impressed with both the quality of the concrete work they had on display and their knowledge of the industry. Looking forward to continuing the conversation and hopefully working with them soon.

Concrete Indy gave us the wrong color, we've had cracks that they repaired and did a terrible job and had to pay to be repaired by a contractor. They are a very dishonest company and never admitt to their mistakes and atleast make an attempt to make them right! Thanks for never getting back to me, Mike!! And again, it has been confirmed, the actual color that we received is much darker with red tones, and not the color, summer beige, that we paid for. :(
