It was a disaster--holes everywhere (Reminded me of Holes the movie. ) I decided to take a chance on a young business owner, an 18-year-old high school senior who already runs his own landscaping company, and I'm so glad I did. He absolutely transformed the space back to how it originally was. The before and after photos speak for themselves but in person is was MUCH worse. He handled a ton of heavy labor, removed all the old debris, and restored everything with clean rockwork and thoughtful detail. I also had him pressure wash my house and back patio, and everything looks amazing. He was professional, hardworking, and clearly takes pride in what he does. This young man is going places, no doubt about it. I'll definitely be using him again. 10/10 all around.

When I called to tell them about it, they made it right. Thats good business though I should not have to supervise. I was at my son's house over the weekend to do some work, and I found myself seriously disappointed again. My son was not able to stay while they worked, and they took advantage of that. They "trimmed" a tree for him. They also took him for thousands. They removed 5 limbs from a tree. All of which could be reached with a ladder. They charged 3000.00. There were no power lines in the area. The limbs that they cut were not over the structures. There was no clean up, no hauling away, nothing. Just limbs down. I will definitely not be recommending them again. It seems that they only do a decent job if you stand there and watch them.

One continued straight up the others at varying angles in different directions. The largest one was putting a great deal of stress on the trunk and I was concerned that it was going to split the trunk so I called Brown's tree service for an estimate. Fairly quickly I got a response and a visit by their estimator. Their estimated was friendly and professional left me the estimate without any pressure . I called back after pondering it for a couple of days and asked to be scheduled. At this time they were out two weeks for scheduling however I was not in a hurry. Much to my surprise the following Monday they called and said that they had an opening . I was quite happy said come on out The crew that arrived with very professional grade looking equipment bucket truck chipper of The Works were friendly and professional. After discussing with the main cutter person he recommended I take the whole tree . I wanted to keep the main trunk and he understood and went about his work. The crew did a wonderful job of cleaning everything up. The several pieces of the limbs were too large for the chipper and so they had to leave those but said they would pick them up that evening or the next afternoon. I went ahead and trusted them and the next afternoon I looked out and everything was gone and cleaned up. I strongly recommend Brown's tree service.
