I found James through a Google search, and he came by a couple days later to look at our 2 trees and give us a quote. His son Nick and teammate Oscar came out yesterday and today, taking down both of our dead, hollow trees. There were a few things I noticed about them that I really appreciated, and I consider rare today. 1. NICK & OSCAR WORKED REALLY WELL TOGETHER. I mean REALLY well. Oscar was a constant help to Nick as he climbed the trees and cut them down. When Nick needed something, Oscar was right there bringing it to him. They acted more like brothers than co-workers. 2. THEY ARE RESPECTFUL. No loud music, no vulgar language. No smoking. Just 2 hardworking guys doing their jobs so they can go home to their families at the end of the day. 3. THEY CLEAN UP WELL! The trees were removed from the top down so that there was no damage to the house or other infrastructure. The guys wore safety gear....ear and eye protection, etc. they also covered our lawn with planks to preserve the grass. They gave us the lowest price of 3 estimates that we received. During the estimate, they advised us which trees should not come down. The work was high quality including stump grinding. They cleaned up each day after the 3 days that they worked, never leaving a mess and removed all debris. The workers were friendly and professional.
