I've emailed the company but no response from my complaints. Here's my email to them: Hi Josh, I had my air ducts cleaned yesterday by your guys. I have a few things that I need to let you know about. * I asked them if they had shoe covers and they said no and that they would leave if I wanted them to. I asked them to stay. * They did not turn off the unit prior to cleaning which has now caused multiple issues with my unit. * I put in a new filter on Sunday. Today it is completely dirty. I expected a little dirt but not to the degree that it is now. * Because they did not turn off the unit prior to cleaning, all of the debris went back into my unit and it is now froze up. I have to have a service call to fix it because the air is not working. * I stayed with your guys to ensure they were doing their work properly and they kept making comments about me watching them saying "we better do a good job, she watching". They were not professional and I would like to be compensated for their work and attitudes and now my ac unit not working. Save yourself the headache and hire someone reputable. He also brings his family on jobs to wait in the car. Check out his pattern...he leaves all jobs unfinished apparently. The rating is actually 0 but the app demands at least a 1. I experienced a serious warranty issue with Lowe Temp Control. Juwan admitted directly that he never completed the original HVAC installation for the previous owner because of a personal dispute. Despite the work being under warranty, he refused to honor it, collected an additional $40 from me, and promised to return to finish the installation and fill the freon. He never came back. Because he failed to complete warranty-covered work, I was forced to hire another licensed company and pay $402 out of pocket to correct the unfinished installation. This is a clear violation of warranty obligations and extremely unprofessional conduct. I cannot recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable or ethical service.
