I followed up with the office on at least 4 separate occasions (waiting at least 2 weeks in between each call) asking for a call back to schedule a time to have the work completed, because I assumed like many business they had a lot of work. I have still never heard back even after letting the secretary know that this was an issue. It's October and time to move on to another company. I don't know they just feel it's not worth their time unless a customer is getting a new furnace, but I would say don't bother with this company.

This was totally unacceptable so we called a local contractor Rick Ogden HVAC who had previously worked on a past HVAC issue in our home.. They responded immediately with a service call to diagnose problem and confirmed the heat exchanger on our 20+ year old furnace had failed. They provided a very competitive quote on a very High Efficiency furnace, picked it up that day, and more importantly, installed it the next day in the AM. We did not have to leave our home during this record cold spell and we are extremely grateful to Rick and his team for the quick response and keeping us safe and comfortable. They also provided answers to our questions and made appropriate follow up visits to make sure all was running as it should be. When they advertise 24 hr emergency service , they mean it. The folks at Comfort Experts are second to none for boiler furnace heating systems. We bought a new…read moreboiler almost 10 years ago from Zimmer Heating & Air. Zimmer did the install. As business owners we research all major purchases. These folks looked great to us. Sadly, we needed repairs EACH year they stopped by to do our annual maintenance. By Fall of this year in 2024, they sent someone who didn't do annual wellness service care. We were stunned. He said no worries, I'll snap a few pics for the owner. We received a $2000 invoice saying the furnace needed another repair. We are loyal clients for Zimmer all these years. One of our business clients told us about Comfort Experts and Less the owner. We have never looked back. Less pulled out our owner's manual and showed us we were missing a very important sensor wire. My husband said that he agreed to take it off with the advice of Zimmer. Keep in mind, they were the ONLY ones to ever see our boiler furnace for repair. It took weeks to obtain all the parts missing from our furnace. Since their service the furnace purrs! It no longer switches on/off and is loud. Our home is WARMER and efficient. THE ONLY folks we recommend moving forward is Comfort Experts with Less at the helm. He KNOWS furnaces. Jennifer his Office Manager was able to calm us immensely from the process it took to bring back the smooth functioning results that they established with us. Sadly after exhausting all the options I knew I needed a qualified professional. Being a huge fan of Amazon I went checking reviews and the BBB website. RineAir shined above them all and WOW was I glad I did. A/C never goes out on a cool day so needless to say it was hot and humid. I called and he quickly got back with me and it was the owner himself. He told me that he would be out shortly. (I was happy to hear that!) He came to my house just a short time later and walked me thru the whole process which I asked for. After all the checks he told me the problem keeping it simple and courteous. I was given quotes for a replacement system that seemed to be very high. I got quotes from several other companies that were significantly lower. However the tech from Reupert wanted to re-evaluate the system and the heat exchanger does NOT need to be replaced and Chris made several adjustment to allow the unit to run better. The gentleman who came out was very responsive, nice to talk to, and cleaned up his mess. I was told I would be needing a drone inspection of the chimney though as it was not easily accessible. I then was given a time when someone would stop by and inspect my chimney via drone. The time came and went and there was no contact from CCS. I then reached out again and was told everything looked fine and there were no issues. I asked if there were any pictures of the chimney they could share. I was told no they didn't take any. I then went back and looked on my outdoor camera and noticed that the truck arrived at my house at the day in question but no one ever left the truck. No drone ever exited the truck. Nothing was actually done and 5 mins after the truck arrived, the truck left. I then pointed this out to the owner/operator and all communication stopped. I would stay away from this company before investing thousands of dollars with them as you obviously cannot trust what they say. Beware.
