The folks at Comfort Experts went out of their way to assure the new system worked and was installed properly. They replaced a 20+ year old HVAC system easily and at a reasonable cost. The folks at Comfort Experts are second to none for boiler furnace heating systems. We bought a new boiler almost 10 years ago from Zimmer Heating & Air. Zimmer did the install. As business owners we research all major purchases. These folks looked great to us. Sadly, we needed repairs EACH year they stopped by to do our annual maintenance. By Fall of this year in 2024, they sent someone who didn't do annual wellness service care. We were stunned. He said no worries, I'll snap a few pics for the owner. We received a $2000 invoice saying the furnace needed another repair. We are loyal clients for Zimmer all these years. One of our business clients told us about Comfort Experts and Less the owner. We have never looked back. Less pulled out our owner's manual and showed us we were missing a very important sensor wire. My husband said that he agreed to take it off with the advice of Zimmer. Keep in mind, they were the ONLY ones to ever see our boiler furnace for repair. It took weeks to obtain all the parts missing from our furnace. Since their service the furnace purrs! It no longer switches on/off and is loud. Our home is WARMER and efficient. THE ONLY folks we recommend moving forward is Comfort Experts with Less at the helm. He KNOWS furnaces. Jennifer his Office Manager was able to calm us immensely from the process it took to bring back the smooth functioning results that they established with us. Terrible. During the annual inspection of my heating and cooling system, some major problems were discovered. The technician suggested going through homeowner's insurance, and I did. My insurance company connected me to Comfort Experts. I called them to come out. However, they didn't answer. When I couldn't get ahold of them for almost a week, I called my insurance company again to ask for a different contractor, but they didn't have one. So I called Comfort Experts again after the weekend, and the man who answered told me he "wasn't working that day" but that I could try back tomorrow. I did; he didn't answer my call. I called insurance again and after asking several times, they gave me a different number for this company, and when I tried that one, the man DID answer the phone. He made an appointment to come check the problem with my a/c, and the check-up came and went, with word from Comfort Experts that they would be back to fix the issue within a couple of weeks (all the time, I would have a non-functioning system) and instructions for what to do before they came back to fix it. All wasn't well, though. I just got word from my insurance company that Comfort Experts filed a report with them saying that nothing was wrong with the system, and that any problems happening with it were my fault. Obviously, this isn't true, as I have the original report from the inspection saying otherwise. Don't trust Comfort Experts. There's nothing comforting or "expert" about them. They aren't an ethical company. read more

Was faced with a no-heat situation on a rental property and the weather was in the teens. Les and his son were there the next day to test and confirm the heat exchanger was shot and needed replacement. They were there the following day, had the old furnace out and the new one fired up within hours and the craftsmanship was excellent. Thanks again fellas . read more

I have also called Les (the owner) several times when I'm having HVAC issues and he has helped me to solve the problem over the phone without needing to come to the property. read more

What an absolute scam. I was referred to this company by my home warranty -- two guys come out, look around, decide that the freon in my AC unit has been contaminated. What? Ten minutes after they leave, I walk by the unit to see that there is an inch of water pooled around the base and more dripping in. It looks like my own personal fountain! I call them, thinking they'd offer to come back and properly diagnose the problem before sending it off to my warranty company. Incorrect. "Well, you could put a bucket under it, I guess." Good grief. I talk to the office on the phone and am told that since I'm with a warranty, they are extremely restricted in what they can do. If I was a direct customer, they'd be out there right then with a fix. But I shouldn't be upset with them because their hands are tied. Sorry, not our problem. So when it finally comes back that the 'contaminated system' is not covered under my warranty and it will be nearly $800 to fix, I call them again to schedule an appointment. Again, I talk to someone about the problem and they're very understanding and good on the phone, but can they call me back? They're heading to lunch. Okay, I say. Absolutely. That was over a week ago. They never called back. I had another company out to confirm that the freon was fine, the pressure was great, and the problem was in the drain line. I can't imagine how you'd find this company outside of your home warranty, but if you do -- run. And if you're going through your warranty, demand another option. read more

Pick another service company! Any other service company! Comfort Experts have been at my house 4 times now to try to fix my AC unit. The only reason they came back after the first time is because I was going through my home warranty company. Les (the one that answers the phone when you call) is very rude and has zero customer service skills. Our AC started messing up as soon as we turned it on. It would blow air, but it was very weak flow and not cold. The first time they came to my house in March 2016, they replaced a weak capacitor. It worked a few days then started doing the same thing. This time, they said there was a Freon leak from the evaporator coils and it all need to be replaced. Between they approving the parts for our home warranty and ordering the parts, almost a month goes by before the unit is working. It works for about 3 week time and starts doing the same thing. This past time they came to my house, they did absolutely nothing. Its been 85+ degrees in my house now for almost 2 weeks. And because they have not/will not submit their paperwork to the home warranty company, I cannot get another company out to actually fix the unit. The people that work for this company are lazy, rude, and incompetent. read more

I called my Home Insurance company to put a claim in for my air conditioner not working. Comfort Experts was the company I was referred to call. I called got an appointment right away. Had to wait for the part to come in. I called and spoke to Les Webb the Owner who is very nice and understanding had someone come by to get the air going til the part came in. read more

Contacted these guys to do home warranty work on my Aunts house because their AC went out. Both of my Aunts are in their 60's and one is currently undergoing chemotherapy for breast cancer. We were in the middle of a heat wave and it took the Comfort Experts 3 and a half weeks to come out. When questioned why it was taking so long for a service call the Comfort Expert rep "Lou" stated that home warranty work was a low priority and that he would not pay his guys over time to do it. When pressed further as to why he couldn't come out sooner, "Lou" became belligerent and stated " listen, do you want to keep the appointment or not??". One of my Aunts even called and gave another address to see how booked "Lou" really was only to find out that he would be able to come out the next day for non warranty work. Interestingly enough when the service people finally did arrive it was after 4, in what "Lou" called his overtime zone. It took all of 30 minutes for him to recharge the AC unit and leave.
