Joel came in a gave them a quick look and just said "OK". He gave them a little extra love and after about two and a half hours all of my carpeted areas looked extraordinary. I will absolutely be calling him in the future for my new carpets when it's time for cleaning. Great pricing on large houses. I have 4 bedrooms , living dining combo bath, stairs and loft, $300.00 was the total. Having worked for the carpet cleaning industry my self, this to me is good fair pricing. Great job Joel. Thanks

Three hours before the appointment I got a text to confirm the appointment, which was great since there are so many things and events to keep track of. Hong texts me to heads up that he is on his way. Hong arrived on time and did a walk through of the carpeted area. He explained the process and how long it would take for him to clean the carpet. He also made sure children was not anywhere near his equipment as it is really hot. Hong and his tech did a fantastic job of getting all of the stains out. Later in the day, Hong followed up with a text to check up if the carpets were dry or not. This follow through from pre-appointment to day of appointment and post cleaning check up is something that is truly a rare thing and this wins clients and makes them keep using their service. Thank you so much Carpet Care HP!!

Great company, great people. First he was the most…read morereasonable estimate, and gave a fast response (within a day). He also had openings within a reasonable time frame, some companies were up to a month out. Second Kelly is super nice. I appreciated that he called before his appointment, asked if our appointment still worked, and even adjusted it by a half hour to make it more convenient for me. When he arrived he measured and gave an upfront flat price, which came in just below his initial estimate. The kicker is that the carpets turned out great, clean, smelled good, even got out the soot stains by the woodstove. It was so good (and at a reasonable price) both my landlord and real-estate agent asked for his contact info. Will definitely be calling him back to clean the carpets at my new house. Thanks again Kelly.

They cleaned right up until the last minute of their allotted time and left the house seemingly spotless. They also organized certain items around the house on top of cleaning - which is such a nice bonus because sometimes you need that kind of help as well. I have only hired cleaners on a very occasional basis when things get so crazy due to being working parents with a toddler and feeling up to our eyeballs in things to do; but to manage my stress better, I am considering bringing house cleaners in on a more regular basis - and I am pretty sure it will be Tierra :) Also - Rosa is very sweet (so far over the phone and in text) and answered all my questions super quick any time I had them, and she was the first (and only?) to respond to a Thumbtack inquiry I put in. I also believe her prices are very reasonable compared to other cleaners. Thank you!!!

They are pretty unreliable and even after repeated requests to give me a 2-3 day heads up before they came through the years, they would continue to send me confirmations the evening before an 8am call time. I let it go and continued to use them after so many years because I genuinely liked Rosa and her team, and thought they did a good job 90% of the time. It became super inconvenient since I started to work from home over COVID-19. Rosa became SUPER unresponsive to texts. Before she would at least answer me a couple days after I texted her to schedule, now, after COVID-19, she only responds a month later for an appointment for the next morning. I don't understand how anyone can schedule with her consistently because of these communication issues. I tried addressing it with her multiple times and even said if you just schedule me every month on the same day, that would even work better so I can know when they are coming ahead of time. She responded right away after this last message and said she would look at her schedule the next day and work on the communication issue. She hasn't followed up with her schedule and it has been several months now. So needless to say, she lost a monthly customer. I also referred a few friends to her and embarrassingly, she no showed on them! Not worth the time, stress, or hassle in trying to get her to come.
