This dealer really does live up to the old stereotype of the "used car salesman", even when selling…read morenew cars. The sales agent will say anything to make the sale, being dishonest about features the car may or may not have or claiming they don't sell a certain brand of winter tire in order to make the bonus sale for pushing a particular brand. When it comes to servicing, despite making an appointment for a specific time, they have no intention of actually servicing your car then. No, this is just an appointment to "drop off" your car, and they'll get round to it sometime during the day when it suits them. Be prepared to wait for many hours for what should be a simple and quick service. When you complain, the salesmen promise to make things right, until it actually comes to making it right. Then they deny ever offering to help you and will reluctantly let you speak with a manager. A manager that will either tell you he can't do anything, or to take your complaint to GM head office. If you do take you complaint to GM, they refuse to help you saying you have to speak with the dealership. We've had nothing but dishonest and disrespectful treatment from Ontario Motor Sales, and consequently will never buy from them again.

He said it would be easier to get an approval with a big down payment or a co-signer. I said I could go anywhere if I had that, even a new car dealership. He said "Yeah, I guess you could." When I asked about their motto, he said "It's just advertising. Walmart says nobody beats their prices. Do you believe them?" Told him to forget about it. If that's the integrity they have at this stage, I don't even want to think about what kind of vehicles they have. Really propagated the stereotype of the Used Car Salesman.

I was very specific about the colour, model, and vintage. I was originally told that my choices could be problematic but Ryen agreed to do his best. Lo and behold less than 2 weeks later he found the "perfect" car. It had all the bells and whistles, and more and the car was in pristine condition... so good that he found it in the showroom of a dealer.. it was a used car.!!! Within 5 days I was financed, and behind the wheel. Ryen arranged for everything. I have received so many compliments on my car. I have referred others to Ryen including my niece who lives in Essex County. Not only did he find her car within a very reasonable period of time, but delivered it to her doorstep in Essex County. She was thrilled and is now able to get from home to work in a reliable car. I would highly recommend (and I have) going to Country Side Motors for your next car. After about 3 weeks of calling, texting and emailing the sales rep Ryen, who I have learned has had many other complaints and bad reviews written about him through his "newride.ca" brand but who cares right? Just close down and re open a new location is how he's survived until now. To comment on our experience, I will say that when we couldn't locate our sales rep or vehicle that we purchased, we felt very uneasy so we backed out of the deal. As soon as that email was sent to Ryen, we received, a greedy, testosterone driven, screaming mad man surface after all that time with no explanation, just threats that we HAVE to complete the deal regardless of our bad feeling, he threatened with lawyers and bad credit ratings and had my girlfriend crying every day for two months until our lawyer was able to assist with the reversal of the contract which wasn't cheap. As a matter of fact, when I see a car with his companies licence place frame on it I ask about him and absolutely 100% of the time, I hear that once the sale is complete you're history! If you don't take this reviews advice. I had to give this business 1/5 but if I could have selected '0', I would have! I will leave you with these wise words, if you get fooled, it's your own fault! Avoid this place like like no tomorrow.

When my truck arrived however, it did not have it. When I inquired about it my sales guy (Stefan) told me would look into. Nothing happened. I called and he said there is nothing they can do. I called wrote emails and left voicemails for the sales manager. They don't have the decency to return calls and help their customers. I would not recommend Fraser Ford, I will not buy another vehicle from them and sadly I will one day need multiple trucks for my business and they won't be getting those sales.
