They charged my credit card without sending me an invoice to approve first, and have yet to respond to my emails/messages. The quality of service was so low that I needed to hire another cleaning service.

They cleaned my walls, all of the windows in my apartment and made my bathroom look brand new in addition to the general cleaning. I left and paid till 9 pm and asked her to just close the door behind her when she leaves, because there is not enough room for me to be here while they clean. I came home at 10:39 to all my makeup , receipts and perfumes thrown together in a garbage bag sitting on my dresser and my new clothes still in the bags having been shoved into a laundry bag. She said she mopped the floors but the floor in the living area and bathroom were still very dirty . Neither the stove nor refrigerator were clean, so not sure what they did all that time . To top it off she tried saying I owed her two more hours. I paid her for four hours and then she tried saying my husband only paid her for three . I also made a mistake of paying cash to be nice after she took the train here for over three hours which lets you know she is not located in Chelsea. I live in Seagate- it is an hour train ride away. My house did smell like cheap fabuloso so maybe that's why the floors weren't clean . She was supposed to bring her own supplies but came with no vacuum. I see now there are no reviews and this is not a legit company. Also they put the candy that was on my dresser in the garbage bag which opened and all my expensive makeup pallets are now full of sugar!!

We paid extra for window cleaning, yet it didn't seem like the windows were cleaned--stains remained in the same spots, especially greasy ones in the kitchen. Additionally, the floor in the corner still had a lot of dust and small trash and also didn't clean the mirror in the bedroom attached to the closet at all. I had to hire another company to clean it properly. So unprofessional. Updated : I'm not nitpicking; I'm addressing the importance of professional standards for move-in cleaning. The apartment, at only 5xx square feet, took your employee three hours to clean, yet the work was subpar. To clarify, the windows were in that condition during the initial apartment viewing, contrary to your assumption. In the hospitality and service industry, acknowledging an employee's mistake with an apology is the professional response, not dismissing a client's concerns or labeling them as nitpicking. We are reasonable people who trusted your business and employee. This experience fell short of the professionalism we expected.
