When I told Snicker before Bob's visit that he was coming, he would look happy and wag his tail. I knew that Snicker was in good hands when Bob was caring for him. Bob's visits also provided protection for the house and he notified me of any problems that needed attention. I now have a red factor canary in the house and goldfish in an outdoor pond. He makes daily visits to feed them when I travel. At the last visit, Bob spent daily quality time with the canary and also trimmed his nails. He removes leaves and pine needles from the outdoor pond when he feeds the fish. It is such a pleasure to travel with the knowledge that my animals are being looked after by someone so competent, compassionate and conscientious as Bob. He leaves messages about how they ate and behaved and provides recommendations when needed. It's reassuring to know that he is also checking on the house and removing any tell tail signs that I am away, such as large twigs that fall in the driveway.

Being a new client of Pet Paradise, I feel just that way! Babs spent two nights at Pet Paradise as a boarding guest and I'm sure that if she could talk, she'd tell me how great it was!! As soon as we walked in the door, Babs was treated like a celebrity! She made new friends before I even walked out of the door as she was given some bite-sized treats and loved on by the amazing team at Pet Paradise. When I returned to pick her up, I loved that the staff remembered that I was Babs' mom and happily told me all about her stay, and even showed me the cutest pics of her snuggled up! I loved the little report card I got on her telling me all about her new friends! The team at Pet Paradise was so patient, courteous and caring, truly an awesome experience from start to finish! Now that Babs is on the Wellness Plan and loves her new doggy and human friends, we can't wait to return to Pet Paradise!

Received an email the morning of drop off that they had cancelled reservation because didn't have them. They were checked in and an hour later,we're in the airport when I received a call asking what kind of dog we had. It's a dachshund and a Yorkie-nothing rare. They went through all of the information I had entered in their web site AND was on the vet records that I dropped off personally as well as on the clip board they gave me to fill out while I was there . I had requested grooming, again through the web site and a follow up email with pictures just in case. I received a message saying if I didn't call them, they would cancel grooming. Not a good time for me return the call, so I made appointment at Nature's Pet, worth an extra trip great job. One might wonder why we would book another appointment? The girl out front is so nice and great with the dogs. I thought since they now have all of our records, there should be no problem. Until this morning, on our way out of town. Stopped by to drop the dogs off. Only to find that our reservation had been cancelled. They said we didn't pay a deposit. Looked through all of my emails to see if I missed request but nothing-NADA. Only email other than advertisements is the confirming email. There are no messages and no phone calls from a number associated with pet paradise. So thanksgiving weekend I'm missing my flight.

But then I was told by the owner that I wouldn't get my keys back (they want 2 keys) as I was one of their customers. What? At first I figured it was no big deal and just left them there, but when I needed one for a friend to have access, I changed. It was such a hassle to get them returned and I actually never did. I don't know if Ch uckdid or didn't mail them - all I received in the mail was an empty, mangled paper envelope addressed to me, from him, that had been torn open on one side. I reported it to the Postmaster, changed the lock on my front door, and decided I'm done with Daytime Dogs and Friends. Should have posted this review when it happened (probably a year ago or more by now) and no, I didn't contact Chuck. I haven't the time to fight pointless battles. Now I'm on the lookout for another petsitter through Yelp, and this one popped up, so... I'd say if you're in the market for a daily petsitter or dogwalker, this is the place to go, but if you just need someone on a once-a-year basis, you might want to go elsewhere.
