I would give 0 stars, but not possible. I had read reviews for this company and now regret not listening to the warnings made by unsatisfied customers. They are truly unprofessional. They arrived on time but only then informed as they were arriving the limo's ac was not working nor was any of the power. It was a super hot day and 9 of us so you could imagine our concern. One of the passengers was pregnant and was feeling nauseous. They pretty much told us you can ride and they would only discount the deposit $105 and I would still owe $405 for round trip without ac to and from LA when I'm in OC (over an hour). This was for my birthday celebration... we had made sip and paint reservations for 5:30 pm... at this point had no time to find other transportation. While they tried to see if they could fix their ac/power issue and all back and forth about any other possible options... we asked if they can send another of their limos but they said that was not an option. Long story short we arrived over 40 mins late and missed out on the sip and paint experience of which we paid over $1,000 for the group. At the end we ended up hiring a luxury van to take us back home and canceled the limo, after they took $305 from me for what was the worst ride imaginable. I will be seeking legal advice because these people should be put out of business for being such a rip off. Save yourself some frustration and don't hire these people! read more

I just want to say the first time I booked a party bus with them, it was a great experience, but this time it was the worst. The party bus over all was nice, but the service not so great. First off, they arrive 20 mins late to pick up location due to traffic, I get it happens sometimes so I let is slide. Our first stop was the liquor store, which the plan was to be there for about 20 mins and they had us waiting an extra 20 mins, even though everyone was in the party bus because the driver was supposedly waiting on a supervisor. Second stop, went alright, and then the fourth stop is where I wasn't having it. We got dropped off at the bars at 10pm and I clearly told the driver we'll be here for about 40 mins. It's now 10:40pm and I contact the driver saying we're ready and they mentioned they were getting gas. I was like ok, whatever. Another 15 mins go by and still no driver, so I checked my cousin's location since he had left his phone in the bus charging and turns out they were in Van Nuys, when we were dropped off in North Hollywood. 11 miles away just to get gas? That's bs.. Our next location was Chick-Fil-A, and some of us didn't get the chance to eat because they ended up picking us up at 11:30pm and we arrived right at midnight when they closed. When initially, we were supposed to arrive at the restaurant at about 11pm. We ended up getting to our destination after 1pm instead of midnight. I normally don't write reviews because I'm an understandable person, but too much happened with the party bus that night that ruined my experience. Never plan on booking with them again. read more

I had never used that portal before but the process was completely easy and they were very responsive to all my questions and very affordable. They had a beautiful stretch limo and Daniel was their driver - he was amazing. Again very communicative and we all appreciated knowing he took care that everyone was together and safe last night. The service was EXCELLENT, Second to none. The driver Jonathan was so neat smartly dressed courteous respectful that I will request his service even if I don't need it. The driving was superb and his patient unimaginable. It was a nice surprise for my daughter's 21 birthday and their service and promptness made it worth it. The night started out great but quickly turned out to be a nightmare. I booked this company for my friend's bachelorette and gave the itinerary to them before booking and even confirmed with the driver once he picked us up. Once we were finished with our first destination, he said he was picking up food and be there soon.... Mind you, I told him when we'd be done from that first place but hey, people get hungry so no big deal we can wait a few minutes. 30 minutes goes by, I text him again asking ETA and he says 30 MINUTES! At this point I'm livid because that'll be an hour past when we wanted to leave and risks us being late for our next reservation. I asked what he can do to hurry and even texted the manager to see what can be done and they said 15min he will be there... 15min goes by, nothing. 30 min goes by... NOTHING! At this point I'm calling and texting the driver and manager because it's been over an hour and we are stranded outside the venue we were at waiting for our driver. 90 MINUTES... 90 MINUTES LATER he arrives. We missed our second reservation at a club with bottle service we ordered and ended up going home. On top of that, the driver stopped for gas on the way home.... Couldn't that have been done during the 90 MINUTES you disappeared??? The driver did tell us he was having stomach issues and that's what happened but that should've been communicated to us so that we could at least order an Uber to get to our next spot but instead we kept getting told that he was "almost there". To make matters worst, I've texted, called and emailed multiple times asking for a partial refund for this disaster of a night and avoid giving this review but I have had ZERO response. I get it, shit happens (no pun intended), but at least make it right for your customer. read more

BEWARE....the CHP knows the owner of this company by name! CHP told me that he doesn't NOT have the proper certifications to drive a commercial passenger bus. He starts a company, then when he gets caught, he starts a new company. We had many issues during our recent prom rental, with the highlights being: 1) driver showed up one hour late for initial pick-up; 2) there was no one available at the phone number provided; 3) driver showed up 45 minutes late for the pickup from the prom, although he was supposed to stay and wait at the location; 4) the driver got pulled over by the police; 5) the company would not even compensate us for the missed time, even though we paid for 6 hours. I did so much research trying to book a limo or party bus for my birthday and A&H had the best most reasonably priced options! I reached out to A&H to inquire about a party bus for the weekend and they mentioned nothing was available. Later that week, I got a text that there had been a cancellation and how a bus became available! I am so grateful they reached out and were super responsive during the booking process! The night of, Jonathan arrived on time, was super friendly, and had cups, water and sodas ready for us on the bus! They promised on price and we received a email confirmation. As I was going through the paperwork I noticed they had the wrong time. They said they would fix it. They finally got back to me and charged us another $100.00 . We paid it but also brought it to their attention that they over charged. The morning that they were to pick us up to go to LAX 3:30 am came and went 4:00 am came and went. We started calling and texting no answer. Finally we got a text that the driver would arrive at 4:29 AM that came and went. We ended up having to make other last min arrangements to get to the airport and we missed our international flight. They did not apologies nor would they answe our phone calls. One week later we still have not been refunded. Don't use this fly by night company. Chris was our driver and he was extremely professional. He arrived early and was super patient with us. We got to our destination safely and on time, had a great time at dinner. The bus was very clean and had a lot of room for our guest. The provided water, a cord/device to play music, and had colorful lights inside. To whom it may concern, I am very upset about the unprofessional service that was provided on Friday 2/2/2018. When I spoke to you (John) inquiring about service, you spoke very highly of the company, yourself as the driver and we spoke several times through out this process (Screen shots will be provided from my bill). I told you verbally what I wanted every time you called going down on the price until I said yes... I have the text, the pictures, the emails you sent and I asked you to fix the contract from what we discussed and you did. I also told you eachtime we talked that I will give you an update on address of venue and times 1 week before and you said perfect no problem. I told you I had a party of 35-40 (people flying in from all over) to celebrate with me on the bus that you told me all the celebrities partied on; IE: Idris Elba, The Game and many more you named. However, you guys would wait to the day of my celebration and send an old bus that I did NOT ORDER or pay my deposit for. The doors were broke and it only held 25 people!!!!! On top of that you sent a driver that was not you and was very rude. I offered him a plate as he came upstairs and I made sure to feed him by letting him know he is not in fault. I also asked for him to call his boss and please have them call me ASAP to fix this issue but we need to move forward because my other Venue Downtown was paid for (Which I was very late to and every person of my party had to UBER/LYFT Downtown Los Angeles to and from! Very distasteful, tacky, unprofessional and at that point all I planned was ruined.) Your driver demanded 750.00 after he had me speak to a Matilda and she said she will call right back. He said give me 750.00 NOW OR ELSE IM LEAVING!! My friends saw the way he was responding and still said here is a $1,000 let's get this ball rolling. He said everyone off the bus because I have another place I can go anyway! With that being said, I asked why is he being rude and what happened from the few seconds that he got off the phone with Matilda. I even showed him the contract that I had when he first got there and he said "Wow, I don't have that but acknowledged it was a screw up on one of their parts".. EVERYONE had to uber to and from. I will not be able to get my moment back from all the planning I did for this. This was not right at all being that John called me at least 5-6 times a day trying to get my deposit and lowr the price with what I asked for and when he got it I now see this was planned. I even emailed for confirmation of everything and I was responded too. I will be talking with my Attorney tomorrow regarding all of this. I would like a full refund.
