Avoid A&E Tows LLC. They towed my vehicle on May 3, 2025, and when I picked it up, the front bumper was damaged--clearly not damaged beforehand. I provided photos and a repair estimate, and their own employee admitted the damage happened during the tow. This firm engages in predatory towing, prowling apt complexes for any car they can steal on the slightest excuse, including pizza delivery vehicles with the engine running and the flashers on. In their rush to steal the car before the owner returned, they damaged the car and refused to reimburse the repair. Drivers are paid on commission ("bounty") and are incentivized to bend the rules. The apt complexes get a kick back, and never have enough parking spaces for the tenants. Don't support this evil system, use a firm that has decent morals and doesn't engage in predatory towing. read more

Driver was horrible young and stupid the company is not right I said don't put the car underneath the tree limbs because of falling branches and he did anyways. The most unprofessional tow truck company ever! Just bought a new car on Wednesday evening! Wasn't able to get a parking pass from my apartment complex because they were closed, so I register my vehicle and parked in an open parking spot! Woke up the next morning my car was gone. I called A&E towing , and the supervisor advised me that I have to park in visitors parking and register the vehicle from now on until I get a parking pass . I went to the tow yard, Got my car out, and all was good. So for the next two days I have been doing exactly what he told me to do. I contacted my leasing office after hours line and advised them that I am no longer able to register as a visitor. They gave me link for permit parking.org. To register the vehicle as a resident. So I've done that and parked in visitors in my car was towed again. I called the tow truck company two minutes after they towed my car... literally while he was pulling my car down the road. He asked me to submit him proof that my vehicle was registered and I did. He told me that he will have to contact the supervisor to see if he can bring the car back. I never received a call back. So I called again , he told me that he was still waiting on the response from the supervisor . At this point, it is 1 o'clock in the morning . So I went to bed And I called the supervisor the next morning. Literally had the worst conversation. He told me that I should've bought a parking pass. I explained to him that my lease office is not open on the weekends, so I cannot, but I did what you informed me to do which was park in visitors and register the vehicle. He said once the vehicle has been taken, there's nothing he can do and I have to pay. He was very rude. He did not allow me to get a word in edgewise.! He's an arrogant misogynist a hole! This company gets a zero. Their driver was erroneously towing vehicles yesterday in Deep Ellum. He towed my car and should not have as I paid for parking and have the receipt. I called the towing facility and so did the police as they were to report first to the police that car was taken! Police decided to make a report of stolen vehicle. I called the storage facility 3 times and they kept saying my car wasn't there so went to Ledbetter and had another person hit my alarm with my keys as they went to get their vehicle from behind white gate and he took a pic of my vehicle as it was back there. They claimed my VIN number was put in instead of license plate! Yeah right! I did nothing wrong and then the tower claimed my car was leaking and it was clearly not and that is not a reason to tow a vehicle. He lied about the reason he towed my vehicle and he damaged the back of it. I have a BMW 428I and he towed my vehicle from the back where the damage is, I will be taking you guys to court that is a promise. I got all the proof I need! scammers to say the least. Got my car towed around 7:30pm, we get to their office around 8:30... proceeded to wait almost 2 hours for these guys to get there. We made many phone calls to get an update, even got on the phone with someone who doesn't work there that was telling us he would get ahold of the lady for us (which we never got called back). $317 for us to drive 35 min, wait 2 hours in a sketchy truck yard is pretty ridiculous. Would give 0 stars if i could. My car was towed tonight (April 12th, 2023 approximately 9:30 pm) from the deep ellum "tourist" area. Walked in to a friends shop for no more than 20 minutes and my car was gone. Meter was working and i inserted money before i walked in to my friends shop. Car was parked behind the meter and no where near the "no parking" red strip on the curve up ahead. I noticed a fluid on the street that i initially assumed may have been damage to my vehicle but was not. Seemed like a cup of water/soda with ice was poured near where my car was parked. I read another review where the person states he was told his car was leaking and used as an excuse to tow away. This business is crooked and should not be in business. Choice Towing originally towed my sons car, but they just towed my sons truck, due to an orange sticker he had on his truck. They tell me it was a 10 day warning for his expired tags that he was in the process of getting. In this economy, its been tough on my kids and now this towing company makes it worse. With the gov't shutdown, my wife and I have been struggling to make ends meet. This company is not worthy of one star, more like -5 stars, and I will be getting my lawyers to investigate this company, and bring these towers to justice for their past discrepancies with other people in these reviews! I found the pricing fairest amongst all others. They operate in all of DFW but are located within Mesquite, TX. The best thing I found with this service, from the knowledgable tow operator named Frank, is they work primarliy with motor clubs (insurance groups.) Being their best is paramount to not lose business from shoddy work/service. They are a 24/7 service. My daughter got her car towed while visiting a friend in Mesquite. Apparently you have to register your car online to be a visitor for the day. She had to pick her car up in the middle of the night from a bad area. While there, the lady she was doing business with was tweaking on drugs. She even let her leave without paying yet gave her a receipt. She then made my daughter describe what was in the car because she didn't feel like going to look for the car. Better yet, she gave my daughter the gate code and told her not to tell anybody. Although my daughter, who is 18, took care of this herself, it was a little unnerving knowing she was at this sketchy place in the middle of the night. We also have a video of the woman.
