Fast forward to now, just three weeks later we have a leak worse than before and another company came to tell us the toilet isn't set correctly and we need to have it redone. Our visit from J Blanton was $600+ and now just 3 weeks later we are paying for someone to fix their faulty work. I called their company to see what solutions they had to offer us and was disconnected (hopefully not hung up on) two times. I was asked "what week I'd like them to come out and redo it" respectfully I don't feel comfortable having the same company that caused us a bigger headache trying again. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss my experience and see if there was any other solutions they can offer me to help make me feel like I didn't waste $600+ and they said I'd get a call back. Waiting on that... but will come back to update my review if they can make it right for us. Wouldn't recommend. Give Mendel plumbing a call instead.

There was a follow-up call to let me know that they were on their way and they arrived on-time. Everything was done with politeness and professionalism. They even answered all my silly questions from a homeowner that doesn't know much about plumbing. About a week later it became apparent that the drain clog which we thought was cleared had one more surprise in store for us. I called A&D for a return visit and they worked it out again. All has been good since then. They also reworked a bad drain pipe and installed a new faucet in my kitchen as well as installing a new faucet in my utility sink. These were jobs that I had been procrastinating about for years and I was glad that A&D was able to take care of them for me.
