The next two times were regular cleans before parties, and each of those took them about 3 hours. For each clean, I pay somewhat more than what a few of my friends do, but they do such a great job so I haven't minded.

I asked how many people would be coming and how long the cleaning would take. The person told me they couldn't estimate the hours without seeing the condition of the house, but they also didn't mention that only one cleaner would be coming. Although they are sending the cleaner, they did not disclose this. On the day of the cleaning, I was expecting 2-3 people, but only one cleaner showed up. She stayed exactly 3 hours and did a very minimal job. Some furniture, like the bookshelves, was still dusty. All of the bathtubs and showers were still dirty--I honestly wasn't sure if they had even been cleaned. The kitchen was the only area that looked reasonably clean. There were still bits of debris on the floor, and it looked like a dirty mop had been used because parts of the floor appeared oily. I do not recommend this company.
