Initially, I hired a random plumbing company I found online,…read morethe first company I hired almost talked me into doing work I didn't really need; the first company wanted to tear apart my yard and replace pipes leading to sewer to remove tree roots that were creating the problem. I called Brew Plumbing for a second opinion, Bob came out the next morning, on time, was extremely professional...he removed all the roots from pipes leading to sewer, using water pressure! Bob was honest with me, he too could have tried to sell me up on work I didn't need but he didn't. Someone recommended Brew Plumbing to me and now I'm recommending Brew Plumbing to you and everyone I know! I'll definitely be using Brew Plumbing again if I ever have any more plumbing issues. (Note: unless they're licensed, your warranty will be void. We didn't know better). The unit was just over 5 yrs old ... yikes. Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.

The manufacturer would recommend swapping out parts, which I did in the middle of the night when i got home from work. Finally, after the manufacturer recommended i swap the upper thermostat for a second time, I felt like i was on a bit of a wild goose chase. The manufacturer agreed to swap the tank. While, the manufacturer would warranty the tank, I was on the hook for labor. This left me a little uneasy since I would need to have the tank removed, brought to Home Depot, exchanged, and then a new heater brought to my place and installed. Upon recommendation, I contacted RA. These guys had dealt with warrantied heater exchanges before, which was a relief. And, the best part, they were available to complete the service the next day. The original price estimate quoted was high. However, the final bill was a fair. John, the installation expert, was a pleasure to work with and very competent. I will reach out to them for future plumbing services.
