Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). Finally, after the manufacturer recommended i swap the upper thermostat for a second time, I felt like i was on a bit of a wild goose chase. The manufacturer agreed to swap the tank. While, the manufacturer would warranty the tank, I was on the hook for labor. This left me a little uneasy since I would need to have the tank removed, brought to Home Depot, exchanged, and then a new heater brought to my place and installed. Upon recommendation, I contacted RA. These guys had dealt with warrantied heater exchanges before, which was a relief. And, the best part, they were available to complete the service the next day. The original price estimate quoted was high. However, the final bill was a fair. John, the installation expert, was a pleasure to work with and very competent.
