From the very first phone call (where I was basically crying about my car being hit by a truck) to the very second I drove my totally repaired car off their lot they made everything so easy and stress-free. I've never been in an accident before, so I had no idea what to expect -- but they walked me through every single step, handled all the back-and-forth with the insurance company, and kept me updated the whole time. Jay was absolutely incredible to deal with -- professional, patient, and just genuinely kind. He answered every question I had (and I had a lot!) and really went out of his way to make sure I understood the process and kept telling me not to worry. The turnaround time honestly blew...my...mind!! I thought it would take weeks, but they had my car looking brand new so much faster than I expected. I looked at a picture on Google Maps, saw a few old school MBs in the pictures which gave me very good vibes about this shop. I was greeted by the owner, Tommy, and hearing the story of how he has owned a car that was exactly like mine back then and seeing similar models and the old street view pictures made me know this was a good shop and these guys worked on it. I showed the car off to several Mercedes clubs across the US with these results and everyone says that they definitely have made this old girl look proud and proper once more. Prestige and their team proves something, if you're going to do something- you might as well do it the right way. It wasn't the fastest, but they took their time to make sure it's the right part, right fit, and fine the right way, not the easy way. If they do this on a classic, they can do it for your car too.

Completely scraped in, I knew this was something that would take some time to fix. My husband recommended we go to Prestige Auto Body. At the time, it was during a week day, within less than five days, my car came back as if nothing happened. I was already so thankful to Tommy and his staff, I completely forgot I meant to review the business the first time. Less than two weeks ago, now my left side, both frames between my rear door and the panel I scraped and dented after misjudging the distance leaving work and I drove too close to a metal fence. Days later, we went back to Prestige Auto Body, saw Tommy and familiar faces again, and my car was back in the shop. Last week we went in towards Monday early evening, my car was done by Thursday afternoon. So I went in today and a guy comes over to look at my car. He goes, "We can't give you a quote right now because we don't have electricity and our computers don't work." I would've said no, you don't need electricity to give me a quote, just look at the damage and give me a rough estimate. But I don't argue with stupid so I just left. If you're just looking to take jobs that are $1000+ then you can say so on the phone so people don't waste valuable time out of their day coming into your shop. So pissed I drove out of my way to visit this shop when they're not even interested in doing small repairs. I should've trusted the reviews before going to this place.

Update: got the car back, these guys really don't know what they are doing. Interior covered in…read moreoverspray, all my carbon fiber trim feels like sandpaper, water damage on door panels, paint work was crap. Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.
