We bought scratch and dent from Lowe's outlet, not knowing they wouldn't be able to do a conversion to propane and that the kit was not available locally. I had the kit overnighted and after calling around everywhere, I reached a really helpful person at Don's who said they could have someone out almost immediately. Before getting into the conversion and installation, Anthony identified and corrected some damage, which made the dryer so much quieter. After finishing the work, he walked me through an issue the dryer was having, explaining impact on our use, possible root causes, and what the process would look like ahead if we were to return it. While it's not ideal that the machine has unexpected issues, it has been such a relief to work with someone so competent and willing to share their knowledge. Whatever we end up doing with our dryer, or any other appliance, I feel way more informed and prepared with Don's on my side.

I paid my deductible to have them come out and tell me to just put silicone around the edge to seal it. You Tube could have told me that. He then told me exactly what needed to be fixed on my fridge and said he would order the parts and when he returns to have the fridge defrosted so he can get everything replaced. I call this morning and their CSR tells me that parts were requested and that it was denied from AHSW and that she would contact them to see why and what the next step is. I call AHSW and apparently the technician put in the notes that he needed the fridge defrosted to properly diagnose it and that they would have to come out again, but not one time did anyone from Accord say to have it defrosted, but the technician told me exactly what needed to be fixed, but apparently forgot to put that diagnoses in his final report. This company bs's to get paid for multiple service calls. I wish I would have read the reviews beforehand. I don't know how they are still I business with the incompetent people that work there. I'm giving my warranty the opportunity to redeem themselves, but moving forward I will generate my own list of technicians and this company will not be one of them. Get it together ACCORD

So I made the appointment with Michael, he came in, asked a few basic questions regarding the above and if the dryer was working prior to me picking it up, I presumed it was, this lady was a local realtor (standup person) - so anyway, Michael spun the drum and suggested something was obstructing the drum, he removed the lent basket, reached inside with some channel locks and pulled out a sock that got stuck between the drum and another detail. I even told him to please don't use the part on anyone else because I really needed this issue fixed ASAP. Also the quote had *estimate valid for 45 days disclosure* well I call back 2 days later to schedule the repair and was told that the technician already used the part on someone else and the part is discontinued. I asked if I can get refunded for my $75 since they can't fix it and they said NO. So I guess if you don't mind spending time and money on these kinds of things, go ahead and book with them.
