His work and crew was top notch, he took the time to walk me through the whole system, things to look out for in the future. Did not try to upsell me on things I didn't need like the other three prior companies and took his time to do the job right and clean up after himself leaving my home looking better than it was before. Wayne is the man and I can't thank him enough he will get all my HVAC work moving forward!

Redmond's Professionals were a lifesaver for us. We had to replace our entire HVAC two summers ago…read more After years of runaround with our home warranty and patchwork done by various contractors that only lasted a few months, Redmond's got to the root of the problem and helped us navigate replacing the system. We live on the top floor with vaulted ceilings, so the odds are against us anyway, but two years later it still works wonderfully. We're sufficiently heated in the winter and kept cool in the summer. Best HVAC experience and their owner truly cares about customer service and ensuring everything has a quality finish to it.

I saw several…read morepeople recommended Eco-Cool on another local persons request for HVAC recommendations as well as several other companies. I researched reviews on all and Eco-Cool was my initial top choice after the research. I called the office to schedule a routine servicing of our system on Friday, I spoke with Amy at the office, she offered several options for services including a simple one time service or an annual program. We were able to schedule a tech to come out on Tuesday morning. Our Tech, Craig, was prompt, courteous, and professional even through the multiple questions I asked. He took a look at our system and the area of concern we had and he gave us the news we were anticipating (that our system is running but might not have much time left in it....it's 26years old) he offered to have quote for replacement drawn up if we wanted. (I did) he left us set up for success and he told us his goal was to keep us running into springtime at least....we appreciated that! After he departed, I called Amy again to arrange payment for today. She was kind and professional and let us know she would have a quote to us by the end of the week and even provided insight to what pricing is doing now and anticipated to be after the new year so we could be able to make the decisions best for our family. We appreciated the prompt, professional, expert care we have received in our first few interactions with Eco-Cool and are looking forward to remaining customers for a long time!

We understood that we were working with a small family-owned company that did not operate 24/7, but after many calls over the course of a year, our calls have not been returned. Therefore, we were not able to use our service contract. Considering the great work they did when they did respond, this has been very disappointing.

From Mark's initial visit to prepare the quote (his was the most thorough of the visits of the 3 quotes we got) to actual installation, it was seemless, very professional, and we couldn't be happier with the result. After the initial quote, it was difficult to get a hold of Steve to move forward, and the onboarding process was never completed. A major pain point was the answering service: every time I called to follow up and couldn't reach him directly, I had to re-explain the project from scratch. After several weeks of limited progress and unreturned calls, we ultimately had to go with another provider. It's unfortunate, as the potential is there, but the lack of communication and operational continuity made it impossible to complete the project.
