They pack in a bunch for a small space but it's still relatively easy to see everything. They have a wide variety of supplies, though they lean towards crafting - scrap booking paper, stencils, stickers, drawing pads, colored pencil, old wallpaper books, crafting books, ribbon, yarn, beads (I heard the beads move fast), acrylic paint, embroidery thread, fabric (limited), ribbon, wreathing making, clothespins, faux flowers, and I am sure way more I'm forgetting. There is a workshop/classroom space in the back for classes they host, and a teacher's closet for school teachers to check out. For parents visiting the store the owner set up a kid's table where they can draw while parents look around. Car parking - there's a few spaces out front and more in the back. The location is on a bus line. No bike parking that I noticed in the area so you would need to get creative with your lock ups. Their hours are limited as of my writing this so check their socials before you go to be safe. I had a great visit and would strongly encourage others to go check it out!

What a dishonest place! this one deserves ZERO stars…read more Brought in an expensive engagement ring to be polished. They took a grinder or some sort of material-removing tool to the side of the band and destroyed the ring! They ground so close to the diamonds on the Pave band that another jeweler later tells me 2 of them might fall out soon. I was in rush and after they "polished it", I ran out the door to run errands at my office so I didn't notice anything at first. I only noticed when I opened and looked at it later. When I saw, I drove right back to their store and complained to their owner, MELISSA, in about an hour since I first was there. They all started DENYING DOING ANYTHING TO THE RING! Are you serious? And they said I have no proof since I left and came back with the ring an hour later. My sister was there with me and saw how I gave them the ring, and how I got it back. My brother earlier in the day saw the ring too before they destroyed it. It's not like there are no witnesses to prove that it was not like that before they handed it to me! Melissa said "we can prove it, watch our camera footage" and "that we aren't usually allowed to show to our customers". The camera was zoomed out so far and at some points the corner of the room gets blocked by cabinets so you can't see what the ladies were doing with the ring. Obviously they didn't just inspect it, they definitely took abrasive machines to it To make things worse, still denying they ever did anything to the ring, they asked how they could make things right. They offered $600 off a ring band they had in stock that looked similar to mine, and that they can take of the main diamond off the ruined ring and make this new ring. They were offering me to buy from them, ((another sign they set this all up to make an extra sale from me!!! )) And PROMISED me by tomorrow (next day) they could do that. I had no choice since the day after I was going to drive out to a different state for my proposal. Next day they call and I'm expecting them to say "we finished your ring". But no. They said we apologize we weren't able to make your ring like we said, something about the prongs being too big on the band blah blah blah. I ended up having to come take my original ring back that thankfully they did not start taking apart yet. They couldn't even look me in the eyes. And said "I hope you have a great rest of your day" HOW can I have a great rest of my day when I have to leave to propose the next day and have a destroyed ring to propose with!!!! I ended up having to shop at a whole bunch of local jewelers, and Royal Jewelers in the mall were of great help, said this is not the first time they heard of Lennons WB Wilcox ruining jewelry!!! I cannot believe a place like this is still in business. Even if this "apple" looks good on the outside and is rotten in the inside, it's only a matter of time before this business falls apart and rots completely. I expect an APOLOGY from Lennon's WB Wilcox Jewelers on Commercial Drive. In addition to that, I expect Melissa the owner to FIRE whoever destroyed my ring and was lying about not doing anything to it. I have a feeling it was the young blonde lady that handled the ring, but it could have been someone else I don't know for sure. [In the photo I circled the people I had interacted with there]. You cannot have people shopping here trusting you with such valuable and expensive gifts when you have such dishonest and horrible employees. They are friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and really work to help out their clients. I was recently there and had to have some lumber cut to length and loaded. They were super helpful and quick to get everything cut and loaded up. I have seen them care for walk in clients that weren't savvy in building and yet they took good care of them and were very helpful. They are not a big box store. But rather a throwback to when businesses took care of their clientele.

Joe was great in person, very easy to deal with and the guys at the counter we're quick to help with the payment portion. Pricing was exceptional, well worth the extended drive to Rome. The guys in the years we're very quick to help, did a great job of loading the 2400 pounds of material (excellent forklift work, and a very helpful crew on a 90 degree day) Joe was there to wish us a safe trip as we departed the yard, a very good experience, and one I'll be happy to repeat again when we start our next project.

The shop itself is really cozy, with brick walls and shelves of candles and containers. Though small, it's tastefully decorated, and feels really chic. About 4 people can fit at the candle bar, though I'm told they might be able to accommodate more for special events/appointments. The process is super simple. First, pick out up to three scents. The owner helped me here by making suggestions based on the kind of scents I told her I liked. This was super helpful, because she suggested some I wouldn't have thought to try or pair. It was a little overwhelming because there were so many options, but I went with a combo of her recommendations and my kneejerk instincts. Eventually choose cabernet, cotton & linen, and English garden. Step two is to pick out the container. When I went, there were only two kinds of vessels, a dark or a light - though the owner mentioned possibly adding more options. Step three, the owner pours hot wax into the container, then fragrance, then sets a timer for a few minutes, and you stir until it stops. From there, your candle is finished, and just needs to set. This takes around 90 minutes, and you can either come back and get it the same day, or pick it up another day. Then, the owner wraps it up in a bag with super cute matches and a sticker, and it's super nice. This would make a really nice present, date night, girls night, etc. I had a lot of fun and I've been destressing with my candle all week. This was super fun and I definitely recommend checking it out if you want something different to do!

I have two of the more standard vessels and think they're wonderful but someone I came in with took home a delightful soup bowl with a wooden wick that smells exactly as they wanted it to smell. If you stop in upstairs, you can also grab some reed diffusers and scents if you're not a candle person or just can't trust your cat with an open flame (I get it, mine can be a menace, too). I'm so picky about scent that I can't compare the pricing here to other places, as I don't usually find candles I'm willing to smell in my home long-term so to me, these are worth every penny.
