I religiously checked the official Baggu site every single day to no avail. I just so happened to be lurking the Baggu Reddit where I was linked to the Drooz + Company site and lo and behold there was my BAG!!!! Checkout online was super-duper easy and I was able to secure my bag within minutes! Not even a minute after checking out, I got a text from the store asking if it was a gift purchase and if I'd like it to be gift wrapped, as well as double checking that my shipping address was correct since it was different from my billing. The thing that stands out to me the most about this shop is the quick, efficient and genuine interaction I've had with the staff. Super friendly and quick! Plus, added bonus of being able to support a small business! The package arrived ahead of the stated delivery time and was nicely wrapped in tissue paper with a cute thank you card and note from staff. The bag is perfect! The store also had quirky bookmarks, a few signed copies of books (always a cool touch), and a discount section full of hidden gems. They back room is used clothing and antique fabrics, and DOES have a fitting room! There's a room for kids and teens too. I recommend you have good knees going in as there are books in every possible nook, high and low, including under tables. There's a read for every flavor and a recommendation for every reader.
