Instead of texting me back or even calling he thought he would show up at my door and ring the bell to follow up. Zero judgment. Inappropriate behavior. No training. Shame on the owner who would hire someone like this. If he has poor judgement on this then safe to assume the same goes for everything else. The only thing keeping me from giving a five star rating is that with English not being the native language of the guards, communications are sometimes slowed and directives must be repeated or rephrased to get a specific point across to them. Although this is not difficult, it does require more time and effort from property management to adequately accomplish. They reached out and there is no Bridgette that works there. So this company also employs complete lazy liars. ------------------------------------------------ Worst security service ever. Why our apartment complex uses them is beyond Me. Just spoke to Bridgette this morning. Called due to constant harassment from upstairs neighbor intentionally slamming and banging on My ceiling. Our office tells us to call Protection America to handle these issues; which is paid for in our rent. Every other operator has sent security out to handle the neighbors above and to record the noise for the office. Bridgette instead, decide on her own, that no she won't send anyone out. Claims that they don't take care of that-- which they do; our office hired them for it. Out of My year and a half of living here, and our office using this service, she is the first and only person to say that and refuse to send security to help. Besides the fact that Bridgette just refused to do her job and made up her own rules that has never applied for over a year, most of the security guards are a joke, with the exception of the one guy they send on Saturday. The security guards can usually be found sleeping in their car, ignoring any reports, and one has literally been seen multiple times parking his car and then leaving the actual apartment complex. At night are constantly people breaking in, into the storage units, into our mailboxes, and people on drugs somehow walking around at night, but not handled in any way. This security company is not worth your money and is a complete joke.

Field officer Michael and 4 other goons surrounded me with peppersprat threats telling me to leave without any report to the golf club. I wanted to file a report with someone on Monday because i had to get it replaced. I didn't use foul language and i didnt pose any physical threat to anyone there (there were 5 goons surrounding me) Michael came in last and ordered me to 'sit' threatening me with pepperspray. I had to leave at that point leaving humiliated. Calles office to file a complaint about Michels's behavior toward a citizen making a rightful claim (broken windshield), spoke to Todd there at SAA, not helpful at all.
