Super helpful not to have to wait for someone to call me back the next day to schedule. Got a price for the appointment at that time as well. And an immediate confirmation text of the appointment. On Monday morning we received a text message that they were on the way and the very nice technician Bo Holtz showed up on time. He was super helpful, immediately diagnosed the problem. Was super communicative and efficient. I know he was likely so busy too given the heatwave but he didn't rush he was through and provided amazing customer service from start to finish. He also suggested their monthly service plan and explained how that worked without seemingly like an upsell or hard sell. Just more a "hey, we have a great service plan if you're interested"...appreciate that. I also asked about an electric issue that we have been having with our clothes dryer and he was helpful pointing us in the right direction for an additional service tech from Aim High for that fix as well. We built our home 23 years ago and obviously put in the basic furnace/AC for cost reasons. When the AC unit went bad, Glen came out and BEAT everyone on service and price. We were able to get a Bosch complete system (Furnace/AC top of the line) with heat pump and high efficiency. Glen sized it to use our existing duct work and we have been extremely happy. He put sensors around the house we can program to a zone using our Smart Phone app remotely from anywhere. THE COMFORT LEVEL in our house has gone up 1000%. We control the humidity, the temp by zone, AND OUR UTILITY BILLS HAVE GONE DOWN by $30-$50 /month. Oh and don't forget, we got the REBATES from Black Hills (Gas) and Core (Electricity) and STATE OF CO (tax rebate) making this whole system the same or less than other quotes for a basic furnace/AC combination (which we started out looking for).
