They were under even more renovations and pavement work although it appeared that it was newly renovated. Paint work and new striping - to an already great looking place. For whatever reason I had to go to 3 different pumps to attempt to pump diesel. The first didn't accept my credit card. The second had a large big rig nozzle on it, and the third I finally got some diesel out of. I pumped I think just under $100 - my tank was low. Price was a little under $5/gallon after a slight upcharge for credit. Receipt didn't print at the pump - I kinda like them to check gas mileage once in a while. read more

Not what I expected. I was looking for a touchless quick car wash. There were three Indian dudes with plastic brooms pre scrubbing your car before the auto wash with a big tip sign. I also felt the auto wash was malfunctioning with more rinse water on the right and none on the left. Not terrible just surprised. read more

These folks are consistently great. Good customer service, I believe it's family owned. The car wash is by far the best deal I have seen in many years. They hand wash the cars before going in the box and then they hand dry it as it comes out of the box in the bag. I really do a great job at cleaning the car and again I think it's equivalent to like a $50 car wash bare minimum. Maybe more. Anyways, hats off to these guys. read more

BEWARE with the car wash. Took our brand new black car through today - they said it was a "gentle hand wash". They used a big broom all over the car and left a 6 inch zig zag scratch on the side door with the broom. When confronted afterwards, the employees and manager all said "It must have been a homeless person who scratched your car." I couldn't believe they would say this when it happened right then. I hadn't been back here since they changed their carwash policy and I won't go back here again. Previously I'd had my car washed here several times when I could drive through the carwash. Now they take your car and drive it through. They did a pretty good job washing the car, but there is still a lot of dirt in the fender wells. I can live with that but, they went through my center console and pulled out my microfiber towel I keep in there. They also moved my prescription glasses case and put both the towel and glasses on the passenger seat! I know neither of these items were there when they drove my car through because my passenger was sitting there until they made us both get out and wait. On top of that, I got 2 alerts from my bank that my card was used at this station for 1 purchase. I just came back from getting the interior/exterior done for $16,99 and felt compelled to come on yelp to review them according to my experience. Boy, is my car CLEAN! They spend so much effort in wiping and cleaning the interior and exterior with so much attention to detail (including cup holders, side door panels, dash, etc ) I just had to go back in the store to get cash back for a tip! I purchased a full tank of regular fuel. (15 gallons) here the Thursday before memorial day then went home for the evening. The following morning I left for a doctors appointment and couldn't even get out of the driveway. My truck started stalling out and spewing steam from the tailpipe. After some troubleshooting my husband decided to check the fuel since this was the first time ever visiting this station. Found that the fuel we put in was bad, about half of what we drained was diesel fuel. I called the station and they refunded my money with no questions ask (hence the extra star) but I got the impression I was not the only one affected by the bad fuel. I used to love getting gas here because the price was always good and the gas burned well but lately they've gone downhill. This morning I was pumping gas like usual when all of a sudden the gas starts pouring out of my tank, splashing it everywhere (clothes, truck, sidewalk)...the gas never cut off when my truck filled up!!!! I tried to pull the hose out to make it stop but it wouldn't budge so a nice guy came over to try to help me but I eventually got the hose out and the gas stopped coming out of the hose. Needed water, but the cashier couldn't be bothered. I stopped and put $40 in my tank from a trip from Santa Cruz to Sacramento around 12pm. After hours so I had to talk to him through the window. All I wanted was a water because I was thirsty, as I approached the counter the cashier told me " well I can't get that because the floor is all wet and I would dirty it up by getting it" It didn't matter to him I had been driving for two hours and need water. I went to this gas station at 4:45pm on Monday to use the vacuum to clean out my car. The machine wasn't working and an older employee working at the car wash tried to fix it. He couldn't fix it and told me to go inside and get my dollar back. I went inside and told the younger (mid 20s) employee what had happened. I recently was pumping gas @ Oliver Street and the nozzle sprayed gasoline all over me. Needless to say I was VERY upset as I had a meeting to go to and didn't want to sit in my car soaked with gas. I went into the store to report this and the ONLY thing they did was go out and put an "OUT OF ORDER" sign on the pump. I asked for paper towels and was NOT given any. I asked for plastic trash back to put on my seat so I wouldn't soak the seat with gas. NOTHING done. This is for the car wash for $16.99. They did an awesome job washing and most importantly cleaning the interior. I have a truck so it's a big task to get it clean. And they took their time and not just wiped down the interior but actually cleaned and dusted every small crack in the center console. And they were really nice too. Automated wash.. hand dried... then they buff wiped the entire car.. inside OMG... blew out vents, vacuumed them and the floor vents; cleaned scuff marks off of white door panels; ; cleaned the console; all buttons; cleaned front seats ( not just wiped down, cleaned with cleaner and conditioned); cleaned black oil dog prints off back seat; vacuumed all carpets and back dash area; vacuumed and cleaned trunk... the only negative is that they used armor all on the dash which i dont like... you'd have to spend WELL OVER 100.00 at the other place, them go back 3 time for them to get it right... , read more

Have not really pumped gas here since it was Valero, and I know they used to have a pretty good car wash with a guy that would work for tips drying the car etc.. I noticed they have since changed the car wash and it now says hand wash external only for $9.99 and they have a few guys working the wash. Pulled my wife's SUV in and had the wash done. They hand washed the outside in about 1 min, and then pulled me into a car wash that only sprays the car down with water. Prior to hand washing the car they didn't even spray it down with water which is terrible for scratching the cars paint. When I got home I noticed that the roof of the car was still filthy. This wash was worse then any regular car wash I have ever been through. Very disappointed, and a waste of $10! read more

Was not sure whether to give this store 2 or 3 stars. Maybe I'll think about changing/editing it. But until then, currently the station is slightly below the rating I would've gave it when I first started coming here. I would've rated it with a flying 5 starts, immediately without hesitation. Now I can't say that I don't almost hesitate when having to go into this specific gas station as the employees are so very rude and just down right disrespectful. It may be the cheapest gas, but it's not even worth the level of disrespect one may receive from such an establishment and its employees. They make rude, unnecessary Jokes amongst each other as well as speak in their language when you approach them after the fact. They aren't the least bit kind or helpful. Do not pay in cash and always ask for a receipt. I never pay anything in cash. But for the first time I decided to go to the ATM and take out cash just so I could get 10 cents off the regular price. That was a bad idea. 1 cashier was working the counter and It was busy. I gave him $60 dollars and asked for $45.00 gas. He gave me back $15. When I went to pump gas it stopped at $25. I went inside to ask him to turn the pump back on. Instead the cashier said I only gave him $40 and asked for $25 in gas. 45 and 25 sounds completely different. The manager "Nick" (if that's his real name) said he would look at the cameras to check what I had given his cashier. He said it was $40 too even though you could see the tips of 3 bills spread across my hand. In fact they kept reviewing the video after he made the statement. I asked them to count the money in the register and he said they didn't have time to do that since they had a line of customers. I didn't have anymore time to sit and argue cuz my mom had a Doctor's appointment . So I left my number. Hoping maybe they might find their cash register over $20 and not be the cheats they actually are. No phone call. If I had more time I would have called the cops? BEWARE!! If I could give less then 1 star I would! When paying with cash, make sure you spread the money out in full view of the overhead camera! And make sure you state your needs clearly so they can understand you!! The language barrier is a pain! I wanted $60 in gas AND a $10 car wash I gave them $80. I was returned a receipt and a thank you. When I told him that I gave him $80 he said no you gave me $60. Why would I give you $60 when I wanted $70 in product? No you said $60 total. We went round and round and finally he brought it up on the camera and you could see 3 20's, but under the first 20 was a second 20, but of course he denied it. He absolutley REFUSED to believe me or to give me my change. In the end, I asked for my money back (he gave me $60) back and I left. I have been stopping here for the last 6 months on my commute home from work. At least once a week, I am usually in my work shirt so clearly identified . . . and easy to remember. Why would I lie after all that time and in a clearly marked uniform shirt. I was so MAD. Before I left I told him "When you count out your drawer tonight, you will be $20 over and you will feel like an asshole." . . . although I seriously doubt he will feel that way, as I am a woman and in his culture, the Man is ALWAYS right.
