I should have read these reviews before I called them out. They are the LG authorized service center and their service is horrible. They took my washer away and didn't repair it for days. I finally asked for it back without the repair. The technician was so mad he banged the washer on the door getting it back in, snapped the return hose off and spilled water all over my floor. Then proceeded to hook up the hoses like spaghetti and wouldn't run it to make sure it didn't leak. Beware, Do not use them. read more

This place sucks, they don't even deserve 1 star!! Just like all the old reviews state, they are still the same way!! Got stuck with them from LG warranty dept & after 2 weeks of them continually making up excuses why they couldn't keep our repair appt, he finally came out & hopefully fixed it correctly. LG must be paying them good to keep treating customers like shit!! Edited to add: we've been without a working fridge & freezer for 2 months now. They've come out 2 more times, still NOT fixing the issue & now LG can't get a hold of them to make one last visit. Long story short, They sent out a rude service man on Jan 4th it is now Jan 22 still no parts and every time I call they keep putting me off and they told me they don't know when the part will be in. I told them to forget it and I wanted my money back the little missy on the phone said they don't do refunds. I called someone else out for the same issue they will have the part in two days. They will take your money and put you off for weeks. Very unprofessional and RUDE company. I have turned them into BBB. read more

I have been waiting 25 days on an "emergency" repair on my refrigerator. They said parts were to be in Wednesday and scheduled repair for Thursday between 10-5. At 4 pm still had not heard anything (after sitting at home for 4 hours). I called and they said "oh parts didn't come in". read more

They are very unorganized, I called 3 days in a row for the status of our repair. They had no notes, they had no clue what was wrong with the dishwasher, and it has been a week now, it's as if the technician had never come by to look at it. Wow man and they have a bible verse in the back of their business card. So far it's been a nightmare dealing with them. I am not sure why we are being treated this way. But that is who GE sent so I guess we will have to place another call again. read more

Unfortunately, this shoddy business is the ONLY one authorized to repair LG products. LG set up a service call; the "technician" came out and essentially did nothing to repair our dishwasher. He claimed the model had recalled parts and would at least order those; once in stock, we could go from there with repairs. We never heard from A&A again. I called, two weeks later, and they said they were not going to fix the dishwasher and that LG would find another company. They never even called to relay that information. Two months later, we are still dealing with a broken dishwasher. LG set up for this crappy company to repair the dishwasher, again. They called when they were supposed to be en route to tell me they were not coming to our house ever again, because they already came two months prior AND DID NOTHING. The horrible customer service lady would not give me a valid reason to why they refused to come. This company is shady, and frankly, seems like a scam. DO NOT USE these dimwits. We actually found a good company (Midland Odessa Appliance Repair; 432-413-8339) on our own, who are knowledgeable with LG products, among many other brands. They came promptly over and fixed our dishwasher. To sum up, A&A SUCKS, Midland Odessa Appliance Repair is AWESOME, and NEVER buy LG. read more

I have never seen a company more deserving of a one star review! If there could be a zero star review they have earned that also. I was forced to use this company for warranty repair. When I say I had to "use" then it's kind of strange because they didn't show up. After they didn't show up I called the office and talked to a lovely lady that told me my scheduled appointment which I had confirmation on was not an actual appointment. This was after she looked and couldn't find my name but found it by the confirmation number. My guess would be the ignorant worker forgot to write it in the books. I was then told it was actually an appointment for them to call and make an appointment. This was strange due to the manufacturer stating they would arrive that day. Well moving on after she hung up I called back and talked to the lovely lady manager. She gave me the same story despite the info given by the manufacturer. When I advised her that this is probably why they have a 1 star review she stated "I can't help how people feel about our service" then she also hung up. I made another appointment through a secondary warranty company which they didn't show up for either. When I called that time I went quickly on to the lovely manager lady who informed me that they would not fix my appliance despite the warranty work. When I asked why she advised that it was because I complained on them. She then proceeded to hang up on me again. This is probably the worst run business in town. They excel at being unprofessional and rude. If your into that kind of thing give them a call, they will get you squared away for sure. However, if you actually want your stuff fixed I would look elsewhere. Like anywhere but here. The workers may be nice but the office staff is the most worthless group of people I've probably ever come into contact with. read more

This company is very unprofessional. First they took over two weeks to fix our refrigerator and ordered parts that were not needed and after the parts were sent to our house, the technician stole the compressor and when I contacted the office, I was treated badly and told if I continued to call and ask questions about the part on our refrigerator, they would call the police on me. I will never use this company again. read more

This place was the worst, If I could leave NO stars I would. I have been 8 weeks without a fridge due to compressor issues and this is the ONLY company in the area that is "certified" to work on LG products. We have our fridge lease to own through Conns (Who has been a HUGE help), they came out and suggested we contact LG who then sent us to this place. They started out bad, it took them over a week to contact us once LG submitted the request, we then scheduled for them to come out and inspect the fridge ANOTHER week later, about three days pass and then we get a call saying the parts are in and we get an appointment scheduled, ON THE DAY OF AND AT THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT(2PM) scheduled we were called and informed the repairman called in sick, at this point arrangements to be off work had already taken place. We get it scheduled for the following week, and AGAIN we were called and told we had to reschedule, and this same repetitive pattern continued for 4/5 WEEKS. The final time she (Receptionist named Amber) scheduled for a Saturday appointment she called and stated that their repairman "REFUSED" to work on Friday/Saturdays. So she stated she would call Monday with a new appointment day/time. Monday I received no call, so I called them, and it is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Around 8PM Monday evening we get a call from LG stating that this company has refused to service our refrigerator due to their repair man not wanting to work and they are trying to find someone else but it could take a few days to find a solution. The following Tuesday I get a call from A-A finally telling me that they are just not going to service our fridge AFTER LG already contacted me. During the course of this WHOLE thing I only once, asked for a manager when I was told the repair man "refuses" to work, and was informed I would not be able to speak to one, and one would have to call me back, whom never did. I was the worst customer service I have ever received from a company, I wouldn't use them for anything. read more

Horrible service and terrible attitudes. They sent out a service technician on a warranty problem with my dryer. The technician treated me like I was stupid female and my father like he was a little old man. Then he proceeded to make racists comments about the plumbers who had cleaned my dryer vent line calling them "mexican plumbers who don't know what they are doing." Let me just make clear, that the plumbers who cleaned my dryer vent line were very nice, very knowledgeable young men. You sir, should not be allowed to provide customer service. When A&A Appliance office called me to tell me there was a 95% blockage in my line and they would not be fixing my dryer, I told the female on the line exactly what her tech had done. She proceeded to tell me that I had a bad attitude with her, it wasn't her fault, and I would be added to their "do not service list." Do yourself a favor and add A&A Appliance to your don't call for service list. There are better people in this community to do business with. read more

LG, my husband and I were trying to contact them for 2 WEEKS to fix my ice maker. Deanna kept telling my husband, LG, and myself (mine was on a recorded line with LG) either Monday or Tuesday we will call, no call, then the next set of days and so forth for 2 weeks. Finally Deanna decided to advise LG that they "do not do LG warranty work" yet had the nerve to call me and try to schedule the appointment, when I asked what the situation was for the hold up the girl went from nice and sweet to full on ghetto like she wanted to fight over me asking a question and told me to tell LG to find someone else to do my repair...real good customer service let me tell ya makes you want to run back and do more buisness with them NOT. If you need work done don't use any of this company or it 4 different names, call Sears way faster. LG had to replace my fridge with a whole new one since this WAS the only company in the area that did their service work. While I was waiting for someone to contact me back for an exact date, I was looking them up to see if I could see reviews well little behold I ran across several of their names (the numbers were all the same and so were the addresses) A & A appliances, A&A appliances, A A appliances, to even Joes Appliances. After seeing that made me have little to no confidence plus a little worried on if they were actually going to do the job correctly.
