When my son explained he was following up on the status of the appraisal from July 15th, and that the lack of having the appraisal was completely holding up the process of our transaction, Lincoln promised he'd have it completed absolutely no later than Aug 7th. It is now Aug 10th - NO APPRAISAL, NO COMMUNICATION - TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! On what planet is ghosting a customer OK?!?!?!?
