There has been recent vandalism to the facility. We had direct deposit with them from day one, one day we were unable to gain access to the facility because they change the gate code monthly. I requested that we receive and e-mail/ letter stating what the new gate code was and that was denied but I was told that I could call every 1st of the month to find out the new gate code after our deposit was cleared! October 2012 we discovered that our climate controlled unit was no longer climate controlled and the lights in the building no longer worked. When we brought this to the managements attention they failed to insure the lights were working the building #3. December 2012 the lights were still inoperable and the trash continued to pile up and still no climate control I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that the girl behind the desk on the cell phone was the property manager and that I could address the problems with her. When I asked for the owners name and contact information she informed me that she was more that willing to pass anything that I had to say on to them. I then asked if there was an address that I could have for the owner so I could write a letter with my concerns. She again failed to give me the information. We then received a letter stating that our rent was going up..... We moved out as of January 2013.
