After reading the YELP reviews posted for Advanced Cabinets Corporation, I had no choice but to…read morewrite one. First of all, Advanced Cabinet Corporation is far from a sham, overpriced, or rude. As in anything service related, you get what you pay for and I can honestly say that my family and I are overjoyed with the cabinets we purchased from Advanced Cabinet Corporation in relation to price, product, and service. Based on my experience, I truly find it hard to believe anyone would receive anything less than complete satisfaction from Advanced Cabinets Corporation. When my husband and I initially started the process of finishing off our basement we were referred to Advanced Cabinets Corporation through a work colleague. On our initial visit we were accompanied with our youngest daughter. I cannot tell you how comfortable the staff made both my husband and I comfortable, but my daughter as well. Immediately upon entering the show room we were greeted by the staff and my daughter was immediately offered some candy. This was such a nice touch that it made a positive statement that we were dealing with a "family friendly" company, but immediately put my daughter at ease. We went during the week but I would definitely recommend making an appointment if you plan on coming on the weekend since they have limited hours. On our visit we were greeted by a consultant. Our consultant sat with us and we discussed our options based on what our budget and ideas were and what the consultant offered as suggestions to meet our demands but also being very cost conscience in the process. After our meeting we were shown around the show room and informed what was currently in stock, costs, etc. I was more than impressed. The cabinets offered are some of the best I have ever viewed in a show room. From classic to modern, Advanced Cabinets Corporation has it all. I was immediately drawn to their new modern line cabinets one would see in Europe. They were beautiful, however with us finishing off our basement I did not want to spend on the higher side. Our consultant knew our budgetary concerns and immediately informed us of the cost of the higher line and then steered us to some options within our budget and our tastes. I really appreciate that since we went to a big box store to price out cabinets and budget was NOT kept in mind with those sales consultants. When we settled on our decision, my husband and I were offered coffee, (I a latte and he a cappuccino) who was served by another staff member. Seriously I was shocked and extremely appreciative of the customer service I received. Being offered a coffee is nice, however receiving a latte and cappuccino that is going above and beyond. We were promised and received the cabinets by the date agreed upon. The delivering staff was courteous, professional, and handled the cabinets with extreme care. It was a top notch operation from beginning to end. When I went to call my consultant to discuss my happiness with our purchase, I spoke with our consultant and asked his suggestion/idea to make a desk within the spare bedroom based on an idea I had. The consultant immediately remembered how fond I was of their new modern cabinet line and emailed me within ten minutes after our phone conversation with his suggestion and drawing for my desk area. Needless to say I was sold on his idea and was greatly appreciative in him remembering what I as the customer really wanted. The best compliment that my husband and I receive is that when guests come to my home and everyone wants to know where I purchased my desk from!!!! Advanced Cabinets Corporation is a fantastic company to deal with. The product lines offered, mixed with the service provided is hard to beat. When you add in the costs for the product, you have the perfect trifecta one expects in dealing with a company. From the smallest job of a simple desk area, to a new construction, I would definitely suggest contacting Advanced Cabinets Corporation for all your cabinet needs.

I was quoted $2200 to repair however because they were not able to save my cabinets in my kitchen. I was only told that I needed to pay $1400 with giving me a 10% discount, and still end up paying $1260. My kitchen looks terrible. There's a hole in my home. They advised me that they could come back to put the kitchen back if I would purchase my cabinets and other expenses again...marerial & everything but their labor would be $2600! I felt like I've been ripped off already, I'm a first time homebuyer. I do not recommend this company if you do not want to be screwed I will not have them to come back to my home after having two other plumbers come here to ask me did they charge me $300 or did they charge me $500? I was too embarrassed to tell them what I paid! But I knew I was screwed so please be aware Every one ladies especially!!Because this is what your property will look like in the end!!! I have to hire another company to fix this horrible hole in my home! and install a whole kitchen in my apartment and also my basement unit was damaged during this process as well. I'll upload pictures of both. I haven't been able to eat for the whole weekend. It is very expensive trying to feed me and my artistic Son! And it looks like we're gonna have to eat out for the whole week now because that's how long it'll take someone to get back in here to fix this mess for me. Just please be aware! I'm really having a rough time over here and this is the outcome of their terrible work. Oh, I must add that I paid cash for all these people to come and look into my home! This company was paid first! And I'm out of $2700 already not even including the repairs!!

It was the unethical way they handled the job and the fact that they wouldn't give me an estimate upfront- knowing that we had frozen pipes and were at their mercy to get the job done. They wouldn't even tell us what the bill was when the job was finished saying they'd send something in the mail. You can imagine my surprise when I got the bill that was twice the amount it should have been with another plumber. When calling them to discuss, they never returned my call to try to talk about the invoice and tell me how they came up with the exorbitant amount. When they finally did call me back two months later, b/c I wouldn't pay until I got an explanation, they wouldn't even discuss the bill and proceeded to threaten to put a lien on our house and take us to court. Net-net, don't do business with these guys. If you do, get an estimate in writing up front... But even with a written estimate, document everything so when you actually get the bill, you have back up that the bill you get isn't what they told you it would cost you front. And the work they said they did, they really didn't b/c you documented everything they did with pictures and a watch for how long it took them.
