Sixteen months later, after many necessary corrections/re-dos and delays, as Dave (owner) and crew went to other jobs (even though all work was to be continuous through completion), there remains some work on both jobs to complete. In March of this year (2022), Dave said that he would return when the weather broke (to accommodate necessary wood finishing) to complete the work. On 3/16/22, after several attempts to contact him over several days, I received a text from Dave stating, "we will not be coming back there". There was no further explanation. He did not respond to my attempts to discuss/resolve whatever the problem is. Joe, who was my initial contact with this company, also did not respond. After further contact attempts, on 3/18/22 I received a text from Dave advising me to find another contractor to complete the job - again, with no explanation. Should Premier Remodeling properly complete the work, we can provide an appropriate update to this review, as long as updates are possible on Yelp

Original estimate was $1800 and he got $900 down and only cleaned the deck (high estimate of $400) but I foolishly agreed. He must have seen me as an easy mark. None of the rest of the work was done and he, when coming to collect proudly announced "The work is done". When I almost laughed incredulously, he called the police to "complain about not paying for services" Even the cop said he was "full of Sh...t" Read my yelp review as he kept threatening (had done that BEFORE not doing any work). I have grounds to sue him but court costs would take up more than he owes me. He is actually scary and uses intimidation when maybe 5% of the work was completed (deck wash) when he demanded full payment and called police. This must be his M.O. in business. Not a member of BBB as he is NOT a business with integrity. 4
