(I am an airline pilot, NOT a mechanic so that should tell you something right off the bat) This towing company came highly recommended by one of our church members so I called the. To come out and tow my car to get fixed. The driver, Will Cody, who arrived promptly, professionally, listened to my issue with the car and recommended that he at least rest the battery before having to pay for a tow. I said ok. Low and behold it worked. Cody just saved me some money and, more importantly, a lot of time. He thought of his customers first instead of his wallet.

I agreed & he said he could only bring the bike at the time, and I could follow him out to the tow yard after. They both get to my house with the bike, and we make the deal. The owner Michael tells me I can even pick parts off another tl out there to get it running. So fast forward to us getting out there, I get the car running within almost 15 minutes. All of the sudden Mike comes outside saying they don't have rights to relinquish the car yet & the lady that used to own it would have to come out and sign papers. Okay whatever, we leave. Over the next few days I get the classic run around and excuses one after another. Today Mike tells me the car is gone, and he doesn't know what else to tell me. Let's talk about why I recommend this auto shop! I have a…read more2006 Toyota RAV4 I took her in because my engine light was on, the swerve indicator and VSC. When I would accelerate the engine light would flash. They found multiple issues under the hood.. my coolant was leaking, I needed new spark plugs, coils and a new valve cover gasket. My oil was also coming out where the spark plugs are, to show me this they even texted me photos of the spark plugs and the engine. They broke down how much each thing would cost, even how much the labor would cost. Overall the cost is what I would have expected for labor plus parts and diagnostics. As you can see from the photos they provided me, there is oil on the spark plugs (not good!!!) Thank you for doing such a thorough check and when I need work done, I will be bringing back to them.

I went to pick it up only to discover that they installed the brush guard obviously crooked and the hood was still lopsided, among other things. I asked them if they even checked it and they said "oops, we must have missed that." So they have it for another 3 weeks after that to do the repair they should have done right in the first place. Finally I come to pick it up but realize they have knocked off the kayak rack, ripped the window tint, left tape and marks on top of the truck, and now the bumper and brush guard are falling off. They refused to refund and they even lied to the BBB when I submitted a complaint. Now I have to take it somewhere else to get it repaired for real - with more damages than before!
