Called for a sprinkler repair and turn on and was told they were 2 weeks out and she would give our…read morenumber to her technician. 2 weeks later with no contact from anyone, we called again. I was told that it is $90.00 an hour plus any parts. I said that we have not had any kind of estimate. If we think it is a small job and your technician finds it a much bigger job then we would not be able to pay, an estimate would be required before we would hire you for the job. She basically said, tough, that is the way we do it and our Tech is out a week and a half. I said, again, that is why we called 2 weeks ago. Very disappointing.

We finally found First Street Welding on Monday and they had everything we needed as well as welding we needed in a couple of hours. Wow... Our painter left a gallon of paint in our bedroom without properly sealing the paint can. Why she…read morehad thought it was okay to store paint in our master bedroom is a different story, but living with two large dogs and two small children should tell you the consequence of my painter's poor decision: a half gallon of paint poured directly onto our brand new carpet (only two weeks old). Fortunately, Medalist Cleaners responded fast. They told me to drop a damp/wet towel on the mess and wait for them to suck it clean with their industrial wet-vac. They arrived about an hour later and went to work. 30 minutes after that, they had the paint completely sucked up. The fellow doing the cleaning asked me to check it for my satisfaction and I got in there and really rubbed my fingers and palms down into the carpet and padding. My hands came away looking clean, though closer inspection reviewed a very tiny, almost invisible residue in the cracks of my hands. I asked them to give it a second cleaning and the fellow obliged. The next time I ran fingers through the carpet, they came away clean. Nice job! Medalist Cleaners came fast and helped us in an emergency. I would use them again.

They put plywood up against the house, windows, and garage door to protect them against falling debris. I was fascinated by the zip line they used to lower branches safely to the ground, and their chipper was also fun to watch. I wanted them to leave the mulch and firewood behind for me and they moved both to the exact location I wanted them to be. They cleaned everything up and I can't even tell they were here, except that my trees are now gone. :) I will definitely be calling them for all my tree pruning and removal needs. Highly recommend.
