I haven't given a bad review in a very Long time. "If you don't have anything good to say, say…read morenothing". Unfortunately I do take responsibility for this problem, I had a choice not to patronize this business. The short version, they had my boat ( small 14.5' Lund / 25 hp Mariner) for spring prep. Properly winterized late last fall and stored out of the weather. When I dropped it off "Mike" said, we can start on it this afternoon. I said no rush you have several weeks to get the job done properly because I am going up to the Canadian boarder for our annual fishing trip. If it needs any thing make it proper and give me a call. On the third week Mike called saying they weren't able to get to the boat! Stories, dawg died, dawg ate my cmptr , etc. not interested in stories. Promised the boat would be proper. (Btw I was out the area on work for five weeks) When I came back home I was going to pick it up, but again "Mike said it would be done Saturday, I said no leftovers must be proper. When I picked up the boat the technician said it was perfect. Just spring maintenance. Several hundred dollars, ok as long as it proper. Now I was in a jamb, no time for a "sea trial". Hope for the best. Oh well. Needless to say, engine never started, dead trolling motor battery, battery charger smoked. Unbelievable, you can't make this up. Biggest thieves and liars I have seen in 40 years. I only went there out of sentimental consideration. We grew up around the corner from them and my Pop took us there as kids growing up a long time ago. All Mike had to do was give me the truth and move the boat to someone who would do what was agreed too. There was plenty of time. It's not about the money, I paid and was willing to pay whatever it turned out to be. My Bad. Beware, not honest, not a decent establishment. Stay Away. The worst. I had to post this. Hopefully this will not happen to anyone else. Regards, Jerry G

I've had nothing but positive experiences with everyone here. I brought my first bike here for…read moreservice and when I decided to upgrade, I went to a few different dealers and ended up buying a new bike and exhaust from them last year. The service department has always taken care of what I've needed and never tries to get me to pay for services or parts I don't want or need (unlike most car dealerships I've encountered) I go out of my way to get my bike inspected here just because I like the people so much. Jeremy and Jessica are awesome and knowledgeable owners. Chris, in parts knows his stuff and always finds what I want at a reasonable price. Aside from being fair, the people here are really kind, and generous. They have charity events throughout the year to benefit the community, like Christmas photos with Santa in a ural! I took my dog, and they always welcome him when I bring him in :)

Do not take you bike here for service unless if you are okay with potentially dying…read more Pretty simple work I had done to the bike brakes (rotors calipers, fluids etc), valve adjustment, suspension, oil change, new chain / sprocket upon arrival i was quoted 7k for that price i should be getting a new set of tires these scamming crooks had my bike for over 2 months and when i had finally begged them to give it back to me it was clearly ridden (nit just test driven) as well as damaged gas tank was loose, missing bolts, license plate wires cut, no coder pin for chain etc. My bike was clearly dropped and Pat and Casey could not have given a tenth of a fuck regarding the condition of my bike also my bike now only runs at 200 degrees no matter how hot or cold it is clearly the technician was in a rush and did not finish the job with quality or care ALL OF THESE SAFETY HAZARDS COULD GET ME KILLED AND THEY ARE OKAY WITH SENDING A BIKE OFF LIKE THAT AFTER CHARGING ME 7K! I never sit here and write reviews but I had to warn people about this place, they also worked on a 400 i used tk have same thing; missing bolts and clearly ridden (over 15 miles) shoddy business people and outright stealing regarding prices, RUN! 0 stars if i could.
