He is hard to get ahold of but you have to understand all contractors are because they are busy working you can't be on your phone when you are in a tree! They went above and beyond! We have a stone next to one of the trees for a child we lost and I said we could move it it'll needed if it would make it easier on them and they didn't want to move it they took extra care and covered it and cleaned it off when they were done. We also cleaned out our garage while they were here and had some debris in the garage and one of the employees blew it out with the leaf blower and we didn't even have to ask. They also leveled out our gravel driveway without having to ask about that too as well as chopped up a bunch of firewood for us. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy customers at the end of the day! We highly recommend Josh and his employees! A week later josh and his crew showed up and cut on my tree for about an hour or so and before he left I gave him $1000 cash because it was the slow season and a week before Christmas and he needed money to pay his crew. We agreed that it would be a few more day before he came back to finish my tree to give me time to clean up the brush on the ground, but it took him 4 more weeks (01/17/2019) to come over and leave a couple of his employees and they only worked for about 25 minutes and then waited for josh to come back and pick them up. After a few more months of trying to get josh back out on (04/11/19) he showed back up and worked for about 2 hours and I gave him $200 cash and we agreed that he would be over to completely drop my tree within 5-7 days and it took him another 5 weeks or so to show back up on (5/11/2019) and Finally finish cutting down my tree. I was not happy with the way josh conducted business with me by not answering my phone calls or replying to my voicemails or text and then when my wife called him from her cell phone he gave her an attitude and said he did not want to talk to her because the contract was signed with me and not her. Outlaw tree llc was very unprofessional and I'll never hire him for any reason or price ever again.

They immediately returned our call and made what had fallen secure to prevent further damage. Next day everything was off the house and it took a day to load and haul off the debris. Shane is very knowledgeable about trimming trees to keep them healthy and has taken good care of our 60 year old maple and oak trees.
