Bonnie was very polite and professional. She was able to get someone out to my home that afternoon. Heather did a great job. She serviced the unit, cleaned it out and got it working. She noticed it needed a new high pressure valve, ordered the part and came back a week lat and installed it. Very trustworthy and left no messes. Definitely will use again. Price was very reasonable. Heather showed me things like how to change the batteries and clean the filter in the furnace area also (things I now need to learn as my husband recently passed).

At 4 months pregnant, I first tried to move a bunch of…read morestuff with my husband, but it was taking more of a toll on me than I had hoped (I guess I was overly optimistic!!) We called Steve pretty last minute and he was able to accommodate our move, no problem. He showed up exactly on time, with an extra crew member (3 guys instead of 2), and moved us from door to door in under three hours. He did that even though we asked them to move a LOT more stuff than we had originally told them. They did not complain and still got it all done and didn't even charge us extra (I felt bad so I tried to tip generously!!!). You should also know that Steve is an all-around handy man. Couch not fitting through the door? No problem, he can remove the door and put it back on, better than it was before. Need help disassembling your Ikea bed for the 20th time? No problem, he did that (and more) with no instructions and no extra charge. As of right now, you need to rent your own truck, but other than that, they are an all-service, skilled and THOUGHTFUL crew. They treated our junky furniture like it was priceless art, and I couldn't stop marveling at the spatial skills they used to pack that truck so tightly, carefully, and securely. Seriously -- if you're looking for a moving company that actually cares, and is super affordable, support them :)

Scheduled Labor Muscles for our house move March 11, 2023. They showed up on time with 4 guys in…read morecrew. The (very polite) guys worked hard and were quite efficient loading the rented U-Haul truck. Took them about 6 hours to move the whole house. I'd give them more than 3 stars if it wasn't for some quirks along the way... 1. A rented U-Haul truck is not the sign of a licensed PA mover (see PUC's website) https://www.puc.pa.gov/ 2. All legit movers must have PA license and insurance, if they don't have it, don't use them (they are called "gypsy movers") 3. Don't use anyone who demands money upfront... Another warning flag. Labor Muscles required me to pay 50% down upfront, then charged me the other 50% PLUS $900 extra I didn't agree to! Rather than endure a legal issue we just paid Steve Pentz, the owner... and walked away.

Do not recommend at all. Not a good experience. For anyone that has used movers outside of the…read morearea, this is a very amateur operation. Started an hour after agreed upon time due to employee having legal trouble. He did not have basic mover items like tape or rope. They are not careful with your items and only pack to save space but not preserve your items. My colleague and I both used them and both of us were told by the destination movers the upack was loaded horribly. Several items were broken on arrival. He literally screams and curses very loudly the entire time he is moving for the whole neighborhood to hear. His crew told me this is typical of him. Do not have children home if he is hired. He also got into several verbal confrontations with his crew who had to walk out to "cool off". His crew kept smoking cigarettes right outside my open door which was unprofessional and gross. At least twice before the move I spoke with him and let him know I wanted several items covered in shrink wrap or mats, which he said would be no problem. Well that day he did not want to do this and rudely told me I am being "paranoid" even though this is fairly standard for anyone who had used a normal mover elsewhere. He finally covered them but charged me extra for blankets because he didn't have enough wrap. The most comical aspect is given the above, his price is so high. My destination mover was much more professional and prepared. They were a more normal moving operation and charged me HALF what Moyer charged to load and were in a much higher cost of living region. There are very limited moving options in the area so he will likely remain busy but anyone that has used movers out of the area know this is not a great option, especially for the price.

They showed up on time, they provided professional services, left the place clean and orderly after the work was complete, and followed up to make sure everything was operating correctly. They offered a great warranty, a great product, and a great price, so I have no complaints. I had dealt with another local vendor for many years, and Robert G Dents service and customer service was much better in my option. I'm happy I switched for a multitude of reasons. The problem was that we had no control of the temperature in the two downstair zones. 10 months, 4 visits, and about $1800 in bills later, they finally found the problem: a clogged 10' copper fuel line. I could have replaced that line with PVC for about $10 dollars, yet Dent specifically itemized $500 for replacement of that line! When I asked in writing for a more detailed itemization of that item, the response was another invoice for the same amount + a late payment fee. Dent installed two furnaces in my house including the ducting throughout our 19th century home. We had worked with Terry Dent, son of Robert G., happily for 30 years. Terry's son, Justine, then took over the business and everything seems to have gone downhill from there.
