They used a porous grout and if you do not dry the shower after every use it will turn pink. We spend an endless amount of time weekly attempting to maintain the shower in what seems like an endless battle. After spending $11000 on this, we are planning to rip it out. We are disappointed especially since working with them was a great experience but the end product did not match the service or expectation. They even came out a few months ago and cleaned it but the problem continues.
