I looked around and found Vera's Neat Retreat on Thumbtack. I sent a message and in about 10 mins I had a response. I told her what I was looking for and she gave me a very reasonable rate and it was very easy to set up an appointment. Marina confirmed when she said she would and arrived on time and ready to work. She had a very friendly and professional attitude which I appreciated and it was obvious that she was ready to get right to work. I was not there while she worked so after she was done she sent me some before and after pictures and she also created a before and after video for me and I have to tell you it was awesome. Because I didn't have anything nice to say, I decided to just forget them and move on, figuring (like most sane businesses), they'd leave me alone after a couple callbacks. This was over 3 months ago, and they haven't stopped. I've probably deleted close to a dozen voicemails so far....just got another, which finally prompted this review. Companies like this are hoping you didn't talk to anyone else first, and that you'll play their negotiation game, so you end up ignorantly over paying, while smugly believing you outsmarted them. This might work on some people, but they need to read the room in each situation, because the tactic is costing them more business than they realize.
