He was patient as I received quotes from others, but Gines provided the best value compared to the rest. He was even able to expedite our start date due to the leaks getting worse each time it rained. The workers were courteous and professional and cleaned up the debris well. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Gines provided pictures of all the work and maintained communication throughout the process. I'll be keeping him in mind for future projects. Then they tell you they won't be able to do the job for the initial quote and hike it like four times. Now you are totally stuck with them. Also they don't get the required city permit. Abandon the site for days and you get fine from the city. They don't answer your calls and their message box is always full. So much frustration and sleepless nights. I was fortunate to find another contractor to do the unfinished work. Please don't fall in their trap. There are other reputable companies out there.
